The bed

Did t like that my room wasn’t ready at 5:00 pm when I arrived. When I came back at 9:30 that night no one was managing the desk. Nothing indicated that the night clerk had stepped away or when they would return.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, pressure from shower excellent and breakfast buffet was very good.

No outdoor pool or hottub.

Shuttle service and the frittatas for breakfast.

Only pork sausage for breakfast. I?ve gotten more used to poultry based sausage.

The room is so clean, the bed comfy, they have shuttle to pick up and drop off to airport, the breakfast is decent! Definitely beyond my expectations.

The ac is a bit loud but I think it's a universal thing for hotel.

Checkin process was 30 minutes. They didn¿t have keys. Woke in morning¿still without keys.

This is a new hotel ... as with any new hotel, first impressions are "key." This hotel is very clean, very comfortable and equally friendly. The rooms were smartly designed, quiet and extremely comforting. We're going back just as soon as we can.

I chose this hotel for the second time and was pleased once again!

We had a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. It could have been cleaner.

The fan on the a/c kept going on and off all night. I like to be able to keep the fan running all night to keep that from happening.

Staff was remarkable.

I can tell it's a newer hotel ?. It's very bright and welcoming. It looks clean. I love that the bathroom doesn't have a tub ?. The breakfast was awesome, variety of food you can chose from. I love the location.

I liked everything about this Fairfield Inn except for the water pressure at the sink. Very nice!

I didn’t like the water pressure at the sink in my room. It was just a thin stream.

Breakfast was typical of what you would find. My kids would not eat it, so I am not sure.

Everything met our expectations. It was a nice stay. I think the pool area could be nicer. It is very small and if there are any other families it seems more intimate than what you would hope.

Good location and big rooms. Location was near the mall and also pretty safe. Check in was quick and everything was easy to navigate. Would go again.

Only complaint were some of the towels had makeup stains.
