The location.

The bathrooms were dirty, the breakfast was pointless. Overall for a Hilton brand it was very below standards.

the staff was friendly. And the place was very clean.

They didn't have no gluten-free stuff for breakfast or no. Eggs for breakfast No protein, there's no guise of puppy innocent.

Hotel under renovations. Every space was cluttered with supplies, gear, workers, etc. Rooms were incomplete with missing lamps, furniture, etc.

Bathroom smelled WEIRD like mulch. My room had empty wire sockets where a plug used to be?? Weird.

Run down hotel although a sign says soon to be renovated. Also foreign operated and they don't speak clear English nor do they meet the standards that most Americans like in a hotel.

It looks dirty , smells no good needs to updated, the carpet furniture looks old and a bad shape , I didn?t like this place .

Check in and the comfy bed! This is my second stay and the same check-in employee has been there both times. She is SO sweet!! Fast, efficient, caring and even remembered me!

The power went out on our 2nd day for just over 5 hours.I ultimately went to the front desk where I was blamed by hotel employee for the outage since I did not report it earlier. I countered with the fact that it's their hotel, and its their power. Nothing!

The shuttle does not run all the time. The wear and tear on this hotel-in the hotel room was obvious. The carpet was so worn and torn a nail was exposed.

Rooms are a bit dated and wall in bathroom could use new paint

Really nothing..It is 40 years old place , changing the brand name a couple of times..

Since we got this hotel for one main reason..Because of promises to provide with a shuttle service..And it was a disaster for us..We supposed to take a flight 6 30 am next morning ,receptionist said they don¿t operate before 7 am It was a disaster to us !

Close to DFW airport and price was reasonable.

We needed a hotel because our flight was cancelled and the listing showed they had a free airport shuttle. After booking, we called and were told that shuttle hours are 7AM to 6PM. Would have booked somewhere else if we would have known and saved the taxi

Getting to the Airport was simple and Quick. Close to Restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Near the airport and offers shuttle service.

The shuttle driver who took my daughter and her friend to the airport was recording them while on the phone talking to their cousin. This has been reported to the hotel and waiting for a call back from the manger. For that reason, I will never use them.

Check in was extremely easy

We were supposed to get a a room with 2 queen size beds. The beds were full size. When I inquired about it they tried to convince me they were standard Queen

There were 2 staff members (I forgot names) - who were angels from heaven. We were there unexpectedly bcuz our father suffered a stroke while traveling and was put on life support. The night receptionist was the kindest person as well as the maid. Godsend

Hotel was OK, but the two staff I mentioned above, are the reason I¿d recommend this place.

Front desk was on spot, no delay on checking-in. Room was clean and great location, within minutes from Main Highway, and less traffic.
