Our hotel was linked to Marriott we had to go there to check in. Says shuttle running but it wasnâ≢t during the time we needed. Understandable due to Covid just wish we had known. We stayed there to shuttle back and forth to the airport.
Staff are very friendly. They also offer free airport pickup and drop off. Staff , (evening front desk person) and the breakfast staff.
TV in the room was VERY small, maybe 25" and very difficult to see from across the room on the bed.
The rooms are huge, immaculate and have a full kitchen. The beds are super comfortable with great pillows and plenty of towels. The shuttle staff will run you anywhere within a 5 mile radius and are so friendly. Desk staff are great as well!
While the receptionist was friendly ....we did not get the type of room we reserved and paid for. The shower was not hot.....
close to airport
this was a reservation for two rooms. Highly disappointed that I seem unable to get a receipt for room/person #2 as apparently they are not on the credit card. Well, duh! We need to somewhow get reimbursed
Loved the breakfast bar. The room seemed new and very clean! The staff was wonderful and accommodating!
