We had a missed flight and booked last minute. We needed a later checkout for our flight and they happily did that for us

The ac/heat buttons didn't work and at the bar it took a while to be noticed or served

This is a no cash hotel They also tried to scam my credit card overnight, running it right after midnight even though the room was prepaid and they had run $20 for incidentals when we got there. places that dont take cash dont trust their employees

Location was great service. There was awesome. but our room 515 had no air circulation. It was pretty stuffy in there.

Friendly staff, well maintained facility with spotlessly clean rooms.

The 6AM shuttle to the airport didn't run because they couldn't find the keys and the back-up bus had a dead battery. Uber to the rescue.

The layout of the room was just phenomenal. It had a lot of room. The couch was super nice, better than any hotel couch we have ever had. .

Staff was not that friendly. Only one elevator worked, the ice machine on our floor did not work and the luggage cart was never available. Not worth the money I paid for it.

The location was great! Has gotten a bit rundown but overall very clean and nice!

Nice stay and friendly helpful staff. I do appreciate the laundry and the fact that the detergent and machine use was not ridiculously price gouged.

Very nice place....right in the middle of Grapevine Mills, Gaylord Texan, and downtown Grapevine.

Pool was closed for health code reasons. We were disapointed in that since we specifically chose this hotel over several other options because of the pool.

Our bathroom sink as clogged up. Other people¿s spit was in it. We spone w/clerk and she told us ¿I think he is still here, I¿ll send him up¿ we never saw anyone. We got to shower, brush our teeth and do our makeup with someones spit in there ¿¿¿¿

Clean room, nice staff.

There is only 1 elevator bank for the entire hotel, which is quite large. The weekend we were there, there was a book club convention and the hotel was completely booked. In turn, wait time for the elevator was sometimes in excess of 5 minutes.

rude management and didnt get the room i paid for that was on the description.

Nice Christian young man gave us a shuttle ride and made us feel welcome After missing our flight. Counter Mgr gave us a pkg. Of toothpaste, toothbrush deodorant, brush , deodorant etc. as no luggage A +
