Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas-DFW Airport N/Grapevine

Staff was rude, we called and told the. Our flight was delayed and we would be in between 1am and 2am. When we got to the hotel for 1:55 we were told they had almost given our room away. The room smelled and housekeeping came in without knocking

Location, suite with fridge and microwave with little kids is nice to have.

Pool has no circulating air, like a sauna. No a/c in hallways, always hot. Toilet didn't work in first room and faucets were very loose. Second rm carpet felt damp. A/c in bedroom didnt work well. 1 wash cloth.

Hotel was great, rooms were clean, front desk was very helpful

Only thing we didn?t like is if you stay 2 nights they don?t come for a room refresh, so no clean towels, garbage taken out and bed made

It was clean and the lobby was elegant

The breakfast could use some work, the eggs were terrible and there could have been some more options especially when you are paying ---$ a night

Bring cash for tips as no cash on premises

The front desk is super nice and allowed me check in 3 hours earlier so I can rest in my room instead of the cold airport!

Location and cleanliness of room and the hotel staff were very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again

It was clean and efficient, and they had a shuttle bus that would take you anywhere nearby

The fitness room was really crappy, the available items for purchase looked like a bodega that is actually just there to sell weed, mostly empty shelves, I was there for 4 days and they couldn't seem to figure out getting me a digital key, I never got one

The front desk staff was very friendly always said hello, remembered I had been a guest for almost a week, and thanked me.

They were doing an upgrade (cosmetic- changing the floor tiles) and waited till the weekend to do so- Could be closer to more restaurants, cafe-waffle house and 7-11 not my cup of tea

They said they did not have a working washer and dryer for the hotel so the rooms were not ready. We couldn¿t check in until after 8pm. Ridiculous. Take the linens off site and wash them. They said this problem occurred days ago. Make a plan.

Really close to the airport!

Hotel wasn't the cleanest, The room wasn't even finished being cleaned when we got it. Had a few mold spots in the bathroom. However, if your are looking for a good location airport wise, it was perfect.

We left and canceled our visit. Very unhappy we are working now to get a refund with the hotel. We will never use Hampton inn again!

It's an airport hotel, but they weren't running their shuttle to DFW. Not the night we came in, nor the next morning when we needed to get back to the airport. What good is an airport hotel if you aren't going to provide a shuttle to the airport when need

Assistant manager was rude. They have a 100% Guarantee that is not upheld. Room was dirty. There was blood splattered on the back of bathroom door. Carpet stains. Floor was not mopped or vacuumed. Tables hadn’t been cleaned. Worst hotel experience overa
