Hilton Garden Inn Grapevine at Silverlake Crossings

I got there early and they gave me a room right away. And the shuttle came and got us and took us to and from the conference - didn’t expect such a high level of service. Very impressed!

Didn?t have what it said it did! Gap in bathroom door. No one cleaned our room. And they charged me for deposit for nothing!

Ice machine broken on the only 2 floors, that they had for the whole hotel.

Very clean & spacious rooms.

Front desk staff gone a lot of the time & we had to wait for them to get back. One time over 15 minutes. Need to staff with at least two people if they need to leave that often.

Very modern looking and updated.

The loud children and pets who ran around in the room above us until after midnight. The hotel seems fairly new but sound-proofing wasn¿t taken into consideration.

The first thing was the receptionist was so rude there were no menus in the room there was no ice machines. The TV wasn't working when we got there The people in the restaurant were rude

For the price that you pay it's in horrible horrible hotel to stay at I give it zero stars

Said it was two queen beds but they gave our room away and we had to share a king bed.

I liked the cleanliness and the staff. They were great.

I wish they would provide bars of soap instead of shower gel.

Rooms and lobby were spacious. There is a bar open til 11 and dinner is served til 10pm. The food was good and the bartender knows how to mix a good cocktail. They have Tesla chargers at .11kWh. The AC in our room was cold.

If an ICE car parks in an electric spot they do not have it moved. It is essential ev spots be available to electric cars that may need a charge.

Noise from planes flying over and the outside exhaust fan beneath our room. Given the cost of the room breakfast should have been included. We had to order from a the menu. Costly

The first night we were there my son actually got sick and the staff was so friendly she spared no time in bringing us new linens and removing the old ones.

The water pressure was so bad. It was just barely trickling. For as nice as the hotel is there should have been water pressure. I also didn¿t care for the breakfast. It wasn¿t included with our stay. 18.00 for a buffet and 12.00 for kids buffet.

Convenience to airport and quality of brand service.

Had counted on the airport shuttle to transport me and my family to the airport at 6am for a flight. I was left in a lurch when the morning shuttle driver didn¿t show costing me extra time and money. The shuttle service was why I chose this hotel.
