The smell of gas was so strong in the lobby I had to cover my nose when we walked through it. I couldn't eat breakfast there because the smell was so strong.

The location was excellent. We spent the day walking up and down Main Street in Grapevine, Texas, doing wine tastings.

We talked with several different staff members during our one night stay. They were all very friendly and helpful.

Shuttle to airport did not open early enough for our flight, we had to get a taxi, Advertising airport shuttle that close to airport, snd then not providing is bad!

Good value for the money. Booked a suite and we¿re happy for the extra space.

Wood coffee and side tables were somewhat beaten up.

Convenient location, several dining options within walking distance.

The thermostat in the room was inaccurate by 5-10 degrees. We had to guess at a comfortable set point.

Very clean, cosy bed, friendly and accommodating staff

The room was clean.I love the layout and the color combination.It was just pleasant to be in.The only unfortunate problem was that the light in the bathroom flickered and I could never get it fixed. Also, one of the 1 treadmills was broken.

The location was not optimal. There was no other eating establishment within walking distance from the hotel. No coffee shops. No other restaurants. If having coffee or some other place to eat matters, don't pick this place.

Good location with great shopping nearby. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location was great. Close to the airport, freeway and Main street shopping. Plenty of places to eat and have drinks close by. Staff at the hotel were very friendly.

Our refrigerator was not working so that was a disappointment. Repaired the second time they looked at. Was given an option to move to another room, however, was later in evening and we were unpacked. Air conditioner was loud.

Clearly taking the issues of Covid seriously. Our room had a seal to ensure that nobody else had entered the room prior to our entry. All drinking glasses/cups were in sealed wrappers. Mask and social distancing was being enforced. Room was immaculate.

I booked a king bed and they gave me 2 queens instead, when I called to change they said all kings were full even though I reserved a king

Over $---a night and we didn't get free breakfast, beds were uncomfortable, and the wi-fi was slow and weak.

The room was clean and big. The location was odd but, close to my conference center.

The staff was young and more interested in staying in the office than on the desk. Not that helpful when calling into the desk for certain needs.

The room was clean and quiet, the staff friendly, and the location was perfect for visiting Grapevine.

Personnel were very kind and professional. The lobby was beautiful, room was clean and quite.

I was given a handicap room.The shower in the bathroom was not a traditional shower as you would image; it had a drop down bench and a hand held shower and even with the shower curtain pulled water went all over the floor and slipped more than once.

I needed a handicap accessible room for two family members recovering from surgery. It was very large, beds were super comfortable and other furniture to sit in was very comfortable and useful. It was also helpful to have microwave and refrigerator

Our maid basically spoke no English so if you needed something you had to go to the front desk. The roll in shower was great for wheel chairs but drain was poorly place so water ran into rest of bathroom and made floor very slippery and there was no fan

Worst hotel check in experience ever. Stood outside for fifteen minutes at 1230 at night waiting for the night attendant Hotel Employee to let me in. He then takes 15 minutes to check me in, and I have to literally convince him that I have a reservation. He then tries to tell me I must be trying to check in at 1245AM instead of waiting until 3pm check in. This begins the 15 minute process of me standing at the counter while he silently pecks at computer. He then hands me my room key and states "that's your room number" and walks away. Where did this guy come from? Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my life. I'd like to point out that during this entire event, I expressed no frustration and was not rude or difficult. I just observed and rode it out. My business trips involving DFW airport will be using a hotel with a normal human being behind the counter from now on.
