Great dining options on site as well as nearby and a lot of entertainment was available this specific weekend at the hotel

Clean very nice hotel

The valet stole my work phone from my cab. I unfortunately made the mistake of leaving my phone in the cab when trying to unload my truck and grab my kids from the car. When I received the car the following day my phone was gone. I was not aware.

Food I tried was good but not great

Comfortable bed. The property itself is beautiful and oozes sexiness.

Extremely aggressive housekeeping would not stop banging on the door starting at 11 am even though my reservation listed check out time as noon. No excuse for this as property was not sold out.

The atmosphoere in this place is amazing!

It is a perfect location and well maintained.

It is a bit expensive but it was our anniversary. It was a splurge. I wouldn’t stay there while traveling or if I needed more than one night.

it's a beautiful vintage hotel!

the initial greeting from the host. She initially was a little rude but gladly came around. I do need to get my refund resolved. I am being charged for a two night stay and we were only there for half of one night.

Sunday and Monday, quiet and relaxing, room was clean, close to restaurants and train

Got in 930pm Saturday night, valet area congested and inside lobby and elevators crazy busy and loud

Beautiful facility! Lots of amenities!Very friendly staff!Amy and Lauren from the check-in sent up a complementary cheese board and wonderful wine for our 50th anniversary!

Really loud in the evenings because of very large bar areas! Older folks don’t enjoy so much!

Location was terrific attached to Harmony Hall and right on Main St. in Grapevine

No good after - hours food or snack options

The cleanliness of the hotel, the aesthetics, location, the restaurants and bars, the scenery, all of the these exceeded my expectations!!! My new favorite hotel!!

There was nothing that I didn’t like

Excellent bar, restaurant and entertainment.

Poor to no water pressure one day during our visit. Shower water flow actually stopped while taking a shower. Very disappointing in a hotel of this status. Even more disappointing was no offer to compensate for the inconvenience.

The stay was fabulous! Would definitely stay here again!

The bed was hard and the pillows weren't worth anything. My back was hurting. I'm used to comfort.

Josh! He helped me several times and was unfailingly kind, polite, engaging...just wonderful!

This is a very expensive hotel.

Excellent front desk staff resolved a check in issue without incident. Everyone unfailingly polite and helpful. Wonderful meal at Bacchus.

I was a bit skeptical of the value, given that we are fairly local and have spent quite a bit of time in Grapevine. However, it turned out to be a great anniversary staycation weekend. The location for the Vin is great. It is an easy walk to Grapevine Main Street, there are great food options at Harvest Hall, and the courtyard was a nice surprise after sunset. Lots of activity in and around the hotel, with a great night life on the property. The staff were very good, going above and beyond with any questions or requests that came up.

It was hot during our visit, a pool would have been nice.

Staff congenial, very knowledgeable of area. Wine theme and restaurant venues impeccable! We will be back. And the wine selection to die for!!!! The Clint Eastwood room, our son so enjoyed. Thanks for exceeding all expectations! Cannot wait for our next trip to DFW area!!!

it was very clean, that staff were nice excellent, I found it to be very good value for the money that I spent.

i didn’t get time to explore the entire property unfortunately to see if there was anything that I didn’t care for. the only thing I could possibly say is that the lobby AC was too cold even with wearing jeans and a button down shirt I had to sit next to the fireplace to warm up but this is subjective in my part as I would rather deal with it being cooler than sweating.
