Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet, great location and large indoor pool and hot tub

Staff was incredible and went above and beyond to get the room ready for a special Valentine surprise.

I think paying for parking was a little extreme when there were plenty of spaces but I can over look that.

The heater going on and off at night was extremely loud which disrupted my sleep

The room was not very clean. The amount of hair in the shower was disgusting. They sent someone supposedly back to clean it but could not tell it had been cleaned again. The chairs and couch had not been cleaned out. Shower water was not very hot.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. I¿d rather sleep in my car under the interstate than sleep at this hotel. Hotel was dirty and the hotel allowed its staff to walk in our rooms while we were there. They refused to refund. Just a horrible place.

Rooms and the location.

Shower water pressure was terrible like a mist! It took way too long to take a shower! Breakfast was okay but food needed to be cooked a little longer. Just cook the potatoes and sausage a little while longer. Didn¿t know about $10 a day parking.

The rooms are clean BBQ Grills available plus cool outdoor sitting areas.

Dirty carpet in hallways on 3rd & 4th floor. Dirty Pool. Breakfast was taken up early every morning when I was there for 3 days & it was the weekend so should have been available for weekend travelers. No ice machine

Breakfast "buffet" was disgusting. Poor quality food and very few options. One day they were out of milk and didn't have enough staff to go get some. The kind of breakfast I would expect at a one star hotel, not the Hilton.

This was my family's second time staying at this hotel. I loved that we were so close to the mall and other area attractions. The hotels front desk representative was very nice, friendly and provided great customer service.

The hotel could really use a little updating. I really dislike that the hotel is charging guests parking fees now. I think the Hilton should rethink those extra charges, I won't be returning or recommending to friends if they continue to do so.

We liked the layout of our room since we were looking for a 2 bed suite. The location was close to a lot of activities.

Every time we went to the lobby the front desk clerk was on the phone so we were constantly waiting on them. We were made to wear a mask even though others were not. Checkout was at noon and maids were busting in our room at 10:30. I could go on.

Close access to see sights, shopping, restaurants, They had a friendly, responsive staff to any questions for me and friends who had flown in and staying at the same hotel.

No airport shuttle. This was a family and group trip. I had a rental car so was able to shuttle most flying in at different times, however not always available. The adjacent hotel chains all had shuttles running.

Allowed use of indoor pool with scheduled times for social distancing

The "breakfast" was terrible and had to get baggies with bagels. We have stayed a lot in different hotels since the pandemic and I've been able to get nice hot breakfast buffets etc sit down and eat with mask/socially dista the same Grapevine/Ft Worth are

It seemed as if there was only one person working the entire hotel. She was running in all directions helping guests, and I felt bad for her. She was kind and very helpful.

Bed very comfortable. Quiet.

Bathroom sink sprayed water out of faucet fitting. The so-called breakfast was very unhealthy high sugar snacks. No coffee except in-room self-prepare.

The front desk attendant was very rude going so far as to call me a liar about the app showed about the parking. The TV was very outdated as well as whatever 1990s cable package they had available.

Spacious room, reasonably well-appointed

Arrived during daylong rain, and there was no covered drive-up. We had to unload in the rain. Consequently, both we and our luggage were rather wet.

The staff was so awesome, so very helpful and nice. Location was a huge plus. Room was super clean and roomy. The shuttle service was a very pleasant surprise. Breakfast was good with a good assortment. Will definitely stay here again!
