The Breakfast was great very clean and fresh. That staff was top notch.

Trash regularly in the elevator areas, Room was not ready even though check-in was after 4pm. Waited 15 minutes only to have a double queen room given to someone else. Live TV broken

The front desk worker were nice but when I called to speak to someone no one was at the desk.

I didn’t like the breakfast, the hot tub was cold the button did not work. When you walk into the pool area you smell too much chlorine. Housekeeping did not clean the room nor bring any new towels. I will never come back to this hotel.

Really enjoyed this hotel! The vibe was very laid back.� The staff was superb. the overnight desk clerkl, was (hands down) such a treasure! Friendly and professional. Sometimes late night workers don't share that same energy.

Needed some renovations but nothing too terrible

There was mold/mildew on the bathroom ceiling. Wallpaper was coming off. Cords were exposed from the blinds. There was items left in our room from a previous tenant

The toilet was a little tricky to flush.

Customer Service from staff! The breakfast was good. The room was a lil small, but the mattress for comfortable, and the pillows. The ironing board was really tiny!

The pressure of the water was tooooooooooo slowwwwww, we had 4 adults in the room. Extra time was spent in the restroom, with the water moving soooooo slowing.

the cleaning lady was interrupted my sleep at 9am by knocking my door for cleaning, I went out and put on the sign at the door but they knocked my door again at 10am, I will not come back this hotel again.

It was clean when we got there. They had our room ready before 3 pm. The staff was nice and understanding.

I asked them to do the cleaning in the morning and they did not come at all during the day. I had to get my own towels and I was told maintenance would come Saturday to fix the door and they did not do that either.

The hotel was very clean and modern. I enjoyed not having carpet in the room. The breakfast bar was diverse and delicious.

Seem to be clean, the breakfast was good and setting area was organized and clean. The room was clean and well kept, but bathroom had remnants of the last person that stayed in this room...not good.

Only one person on staff at front desk the entire stay. Had to go down to desk to get extra pillows and being that there are no Coffee makers in your rooms, had to go back down to get a cup?

Nothing, the room 402 has structural problems a leak from the roof. In the bathroom the floor tiles are loose. The front door is not hung right and you hear all the talking while people walk in the halls. There are other problems that need to be addressed

It was a clean hotel. Lots of things to do, pool table, pool, hot tub and workout room. The hallways are clean as well.

Front desk staff was very nice. We also loved how modern and minimalist the rooms were. The whiteboards in the lobby by the elevators was a nice touch. It had staff picks of local things to do, restaurants, drinks, etc.

The pillows were horrible. They were pretty flat. They gave us 3 pillows for 2 of us. We probably could¿ve asked for more pillows but we were only there for 2 nights

The front desk staff the best part of hotel! Ms. West and Shaun made us feel welcomed and knew all our names after the first day.

Liked everything about the hotel, family friendly and although we did not travel with our pets, we saw pet owners there.

This hotel was noisy. The building lacked the materials in the walls and ceiling that dampen sound. The doors slam no matter how they are closed. That last straw was being charged $4 for a Diet Coke. Then I saw a $50 charge on my card when I didn¿t buy a
