Quality Inn & Suites Garland - East Dallas

It was close to the event I attended.

When cleaning carts move down the walkways upstairs, it is very loud and sounds like thunder. Disconcerting to wake up to. Every time you sit on the toilet in this room, it moves with a clank, and feels like it’s going to fall through the floor.

The front desk agent was very welcoming and nice.

I understand that the room was a smoking room, but the stench was unbearable and seeped into all of our clothes and luggage. The sheets smelled like cannabis as well.

They had no problem giving us a downstairs room even though we booked upstairs unknowingly.

We really needed the $100 deposits refunded from each night for our trip home instead of having to wait.

The clean cool rooms and comfy beds.

Many things in the room were falling apart, bullet holes in the window, lack of continental breakfast and the pool was closed.

My family were bitten by bed bugs-- I called corporate and the rep stated there was no one who could assist & to speak to the hotel management. We took photos of the bed bug and our bites-- PLEASE BEWARE

I would say the front desk person was the best. She saw I was upset about my room/the location and she helped calm me down.

ITS A MOTEL completely false advertising, bed sheets had hair and cigarette burns had to get new ones myself. Sleeping next to a highway you get no sleep at all. People next door were smoking weed the entire weekend and it crept into my room. Sucked!!!

Staff was excellent and accommodating when I had a problem with the 2 cards.

I was not able to stay at this location due to an extra $100 deposit the staff was rude and unhelpful with solutions to help resolve he just told me the extra 100 deposit card or cash and it's too late to cancel reservation and asked how I just made it

Good location, clean room and friendly staff.

Hotel was great! Staff was wonderful as was the pool. room was spacious with a huge king size bed. The entire hotel looks fresh & clean.

Breakfast was nice but could have had more options & I wish there was a fan in the bathroom.

It smelled a little weird. The breakfast buffet didn¿t include any fruit or anything healthy.

They said that they had continental breakfast and fruit, but for five days they only served waffles and one cereal. There was never coffee. They do not have a cleaning service on the weekends. Check in toilet dirty with feces, didn¿t clean it till 3 days

Staff were very nice, room was clean.

Included breakfast was very underwhelming. But better than nothing. Also, location is kind of sketchy.

This place was nice and they just redid the rooms

Found a roach in my sheets but I wasn¿t bothered I saw the roach on the way out . He said bye from the top of the blanket.

Very dark at night, room didn't feel clean, ice maker is in a separate building, whole place is under construction so there is debris everywhere.

Location to the lake as was going to visit the lake nearby.

Being next to I-30 you really hear the highway traffic loudly. They are going through outside renovations and debris was EVERYWHERE and scaffolding to have to walk under and around. I hope they redo the rooms inside after they are done with the outside.

Location is directly on the highway. No breakfast!
