Motel 6 Garland, TX - Northeast Dallas

I was accused of taking two towels when the associate had to do is look in the shower because the shower head was leaking badly the other towel was in tub.

I have not received my deposit back yet and twice had to go to front desk because my card to open door wouldn’t work that’s was annoying.

Parking clean and quiet.

No refrigerator

The space of the room was adequate.

The advertised pool was out of order. The space that looked like it should've been a closet had no hangers, or poles to hold up the hangers. Just an empty space.

No WiFi reception to my room, staff said they'd move me next day and never did. Black mold in shower. I had to use my hotspot the entire stay. Staff was rude. Charged me an additional $50

I was in a good location

There was a lizard in my room when I got in the room. I was treated like I was imagining the lizard. I truly just wanted to get some rest because I had been traveling and was leaving the next day!

I have a service animal with paperwork. During check-in everything seemed friendly. The next day was locked out of my room and staff said I had to leave. Staff would not return my deposit. Staff followed me out to my truck wanting to fight.

The only thing I liked was the daytime gentleman that worked

The young lady that works at night has been nothing but rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason I've been nothing but nice to this lady and she gives me so much grief every single night I have issues getting in my room as if it's something I did

The staff was amazing!

Rooms could have used some updating. And the area is a little sketchy. But other than that it was ok.

Inside the room looked better than the outside

The outside was rundown, and didn't feel safe.

It charged me a $50 deposit and the security lock was broken on my room door I did not feel safe.

Pet friendly

Several front desk staff unprofessional confrontational insulting provided incorrect in for refused to escalate financial discrepancy to management accused me of being a thief refused to refund reciepted deposits. thieves

Nothing. It was a terrible experience. From beginning to end.

Pool looked like poisoned sewage water, staff was rude and unproffessional, keys to the room would unprogram everytime we left the room. Everything outside was dirty, and the room was clean but smelled like smoke.

Leaving was the best part.

The patrons of this motel can best be described as "hourly". That was not what I expected. The room was smokey and very run down. I thought the staff was rude, but considering the clientele, I can see why.

The air conditioning worked. That¿s about it.

The room was disgusting, the door did not lock, all furniture was falling apart, the room smelled like cigarettes and weed, there are people everywhere that clearly live at the hotel, there were dead roaches in the room, the bedding was heavily stained

It advertised a pool that wasn¿t open in 100 degree weather also I wasn¿t able to hear the tv over the noise from the air conditioner and they advertise a fridge and microwave but there was neither

Nothing at all employees are very disrespectful did not take their job very highly security officers very perverted

They need to improve their staff members for the safety of others that are entering this building staff members are feeling rating with the prostitutes around the area as well as the security officer on staff our family felt very unsafe at this location

Nice sized room and great staff

It didn't have cups in the room for me to get water but overall good experience

i don¿t like how i requested a different room but didn¿t get the room , room was hot asl even on 62*C
