Days Inn by Wyndham Dallas Garland West

Staff wasn't very friendly. The room wasn't the cleanest the furniture seemed old. The shower was patched up and looked cheaply fixed.

I would like to compliment Days Inn by Wyndham Dallas Garland West for providing us with a wonderful stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met.

The beds were comfortable

There was not a fitness center like they advertised. The breakfast was lacking to say the least. I typically have a much more pleasant experience than I did at this location. I don¿t feel like I got my money¿s worth at this hotel.

The hotel was closet the venue I was attending, not too far from the freeway, gas station and food spots.

The hotel was clean however the hallways reeked with cigarette and Marijuana smoke. The room was clean but the floors weren't mopped (laminate floors were sticky), the bathroom tub needs to be updated. The rust stains were painted over and No hot water!

The hotel from outside is not well maintained. Pool was open but had trash in it.The room was a good size and was clean it looks clearly it has just been remodeled just hope they keep up with it. Check in was also fast and easy¿¿¿¿

They don't have breakfast not at least coffee ¿¿. The train tracks are right behind the hotel and passes several times.

The fridge had bugs in it so we had to clean it before we used it. We called for more towels and were told by the lady to come pick them up since she was the only person on duty. The batteries went out in the remote and we never saw breakfast being served

There was no soap or shampoo in the bath room, the bed was rock hard, they advertise a breakfast but they not only did NOT have any type of breakfast they didn't even have coffee or anything to drink! The staff was non-existent and non-conversational!

Nothing. There was renovation going on, we should have been alerted.

There was renovation going on, very dusty. My friend got stuck in the elevator. They should close during renovation. I have not received my refund despite calling them 2 days in a row

It is the nastiest place I¿ve seen

It was extremely dirty the person at the desk was extremely rude and the there was bed bugs

Where do I start it was an horrible experience ever in my life there was no working lift so hotel manager to told me to take stairs as I walking to the stairs there was 10 to 15 people sitting on stairs and drinking smoking drugs and graffiti on the wall

The wifi and cable TV did not work, no security and lots of people hanging out outside and inside the hotel. Very noisy including an active train track across the street.

Excelente for sleep, no noice, no body disturbed

Some times, there is people in the stairway like home less

We could not sleep their was too much noise other customers slamming doors real hard fighting arguing smoking in the hall way all the smoke got into my rooms they had lots of females their w them in the hall ways screaming smoking and the alarms @ 4 am

The staff was very kind and courteous even when I became loud at points throughout be our conversations.

Reservation management was severely lacking.the manager did no not inspect the room of a person that was forced to leave. Which resulted in my family being the first to check in on the readyness.

Breakfast

Someone was slamming a door all night. Poor location. Great breakfast.

Walking distance of food

The word "HELP" was written on the wall by the head board. I asked desk clerk had it been reported. He didn't know,he balked at me getting another room (as if there were no more). Long story short (& there IS more). I won't stay at ANY DaysInn again.

Coffee maker in room.

Could have used a fresh coat of paint, towels not very thick.
