The bathrooms were very clean

There were a pair of kids socks in my bed and lots of glitter under the sheets. There were no light fixtures by the beds. Some of the light fixtures didn’t work and the lighting was very dim. We were rushed out of my room at 10:45

Everything and that’s without the free breakfast I did not have time to taste. The 3 young men I encountered from check/in to check/out at the front desk during my stay were kind professional and the evening fella had a Great sense of humor 😄 👏🏼👍🏼

Nothing. It was horrible experience. We changed rooms 3 times. It was awful. Will never use this hotel again.

Everything. From checking in to leaving. The rooms were horrible. Had to use a bucket in one room just to shower, it was bad.

THE STAFF

DOOR LOCK WAS MISSING, ROOM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE, NO MIRROR WHERE THE DESK WAS LOCATED, THE POOL WAS CLOSED. I'VE STAYED HERE BEFORE AND NONE OF THESETHINGS WERE MISSING. THE POOL IS ALWAYS CLOSED THEY NEED TO FIX THAT ASAP.

Breakfast selection was good. Getting extra towels was easy.

Pool not open. Only one elevator working. No hand towels. Better light maintenance.

Beautiful purple color

The breakfast on Saturday is supposed to start at 7am. My family and I went down about 7:10. It wasn't ready. We waited several minutes and were told by staff it would be ready soon. It was not ready until about 8am.

The hotel itself is very run down and not maintained at all. From dirty carpet, damaged drywall to the bathroom door would not close but half way due to dragging on the unlevel tile.

Used the washer and it leaked water all over the floor did not get clothes clean and had to rewash them at my aunts

The ac in our room worked well.

Called down to the front desk multiple times when we needed a plunger for the toilet, couldn't get anyone to answer. We had to switch rooms a couple of times. It wasn't very clean, and no one would answer the phone when we'd call down to the front desk.

Very clean and well cared for. We requested a lakeview room and got exactly what we wanted. House keeping was very attentive and quick to provide extra towels, etc.

The pool was closed the entire time, but we weren't around much to use it anyway.

Although we had a problem with the AC not cooling hotel employee was very helpful, even bringing a fan to help. Hotel employee was also helpful. The breakfast was good as well.

The room was dusty on carpet, base boards. Tub needs better caulking work. The sink faucet has only a small stream trickle making it difficult to shave or even wash hands. The AC unit was so nasty it had large dust wads hanging from it and not cooling

The comfortable of bed¿s exactly the suite I was looking for and price was not bad.

Only one elevator working.

Staff Interactions were below expectation and not friendly: 1) Never received a wake-up call after requesting it. 2) Could not print receipt for expense report and said that they would email it. Never got it.

They had no extra sheets or blankets for our pull out mattress. The pool wasn¿t filled.

When we checked in the Lady at the front desk was Very Nice. We went to our room but there was some mold and a musty smell. The lady at the desk changed the room, but she surprised us with a suite but did not tell us. We found out when we went in. ;)

Overall it was Great, but they need to fix the room I got at first with the black mold in it.
