- Our room did not have a walk in shower so it was kinda hard getting in the tub.

- If we had to pick something, the breakfast could have had a few more items. But - we DID have a "Happy Hour with free drinks. And, even though we checked out Friday morning (Christmas Day), they did say we could stay for dinner, & that was great.

Stayed here one night pre cruise. Excellent location and very friendly staff. Room was fantastic.

Loved the history behind the Schafer house, loved the home in general
Everything was wonderful, atmosphere, breakfast, and staff were all wonderful.
The staff and rooms was excellent. Breakfast was excellent everyday was so good. Afternoon happy hours was really good too.
The room was clean, the beds were comfy, their happy hour was great, and their breakfast was scrumptious! We WIL DEFINITELY GO BACK any chance we can get!!!

The location and being in a historic home was the intention. Nice a creaky stairs and floors along with a staff that had knowledge of the house were great. Rooms vary on size and we stayed in both the lowest $ and higher $.
Nothing worth any real input (ex: we were 3rd floor...being a historic house, there is no elevator...lol...just for taking up baggage it was quite a workout).
