Four Seasons on the Gulf

Location and spaciousness.

Space was dated, smelled , needed fresh paint and attention to flooring. Did not present well at all. My wife upset with me for renting the space. Needless to say we were disappointed. The place has so much potential, but no effort is being put into the.

Excellent location with easy walk to the beach and places to eat. Close to trolley stop. The staff were professional and friendly.

It’s a bit dated with the bedroom furniture.

Room #9 temps never got lower than 81 degrees inside the house, had tons of roaches and when addressed with hotel employee, she down played it...they ended up bringing a whole new ac Unit the following day they knew it was an issue and with asthma patient's

Location was excellent, had a very beach cottagey feel! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Truly our only complaint would be the squeaky bed - don¿t get me wrong it slept wonderful, but if you moved everyone knew it lol

Everything was great. The furniture is outdated,the bathroom needs an update. And the nails on the floor board on the balcony are sticking out. Sonecan easily hurt themselves.

The management and staff were incredibly nice, the location was beautiful, and the room was basically a town home.

Location is excellent, staff was friendly and check in was easy. Huge space, 1600 sq ft.

Older building and it shows. Microwave didn¿t open all the way up. Mattresses and pillows were cheap. Overall, it matched what we paid but it would have been much better if the bedding weren¿t so cheap.

Not being able to contact guest service for a day and 1/2. Had no tv during that time. Weather was bad during that time . Couldn't go out side. Rain and very windy

all the room, it was like getting an apt for less than what a hotel room was going to cost.

the property is older, but they have done a good job keeping it up, considering it is just across the street from the gulf.

It had a good location and good parking. The floorplan / layout was ok. The AC worked well. Cable TV and WiFi were solid.

I'm sure this place was nice in 1978, the furniture and fixtures are quite old. The noise from the road is quite loud at night, it sounds like there are cars and motorcycles running though bedrooms (bring earplugs). Pool was closed for maint.

Hotel is in a great location with beautiful views of the ocean! The staff was very responsive and attentive.

It was a bit old and dated inside. Needs a bit of refurbishment, but we just needed somewhere to fit a larger group overnight and it worked just fine for that.

Very clean if somewhat dated interior. Well appointed with nice, firm beds and lots of pillows. Great location right on Seawall Blvd.

It was nearly vacant, and because it's sandwiched between a major street and a vacant lot, I felt uneasy about my car. Out of 10-12 rentable units (the others undergoing renovation) there were few people around. The office closed at 5pm.
