Rosenberg Motel

No one was there to check in with, no one would answer the phone....so we had to spend almost 2 hrs trying to find another motel to stay at for the night....

This is the worst hotel ever I stay here some years back with me and my husband because it was a last minute stop and no other hotels were available and I thugged it out cuz I had sheets Lysol and everything we killed a couple of roaches whatever

Booked at 10:00 p.m. got there at 11:30 she wasn't there I know she stays in room 3 me and my children wind up sleeping on the beach in the truck honestly it was better than the hotel from the looks of it she did not answer the door she did not put up hrs

Not a thing is was filthy not maintained at all I did not stay at this dump and would like to have my 148.90 refunded DO NOT BOOK THIS DUMP!!!!!

The worst. Standing water in the tub in our 1st room. Moved to a second room. Upon entering fleas, FLEAS jumped on our legs. When we tried to leave the lady daid "only your kind have a problem with the rooms" she refused to give us a refund. Horrible.

The Owner knew her property was disgusting and she allowed us to be in a room with water in the tub and another with fleas. Refused to give us money. Said our kind was the problem. I refused to pay. She didn't not allow us to get any kind of refund. Worst

Location for Mardi Gras parades

Serious work needs to be done. Had to pay cash. The place is fairly awful.

NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Worst experience. Room was falling in, no electricity in half the room. Used bars of soap in the bathtub. Noticeable bedbugs and dirty sheets on the bed. It literally looks like someone lives in the room. Dirty dishes in the sink. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Everything. There was no power except for where the beds were and a current over the door

I am really trying to find something about this hotel that I liked.

It was a flea trap. \Curtains were hardly hung up, and didn't match. No towels to shower with Red handprints above the headboard that looked like blood. The refrigerator in the room didn't work.

Very outdated and rustic. No towels. Tv broken. Smelled. Window unit AC that took forever for room to cool down.

Proximity to the beach

No hot water oh, my foot went through the floor, the smoke detector was beeping every 30 seconds, lighting was horrible, and it had a sticky floor... generally unclean! Oh oh, and the remote controls did not change the channel or volume on the TV¿¿

How close is to the beach

The front desk lady was rude and disrespectful, the room was filthy, looked like a crack house from a movie, smelled like pee,, had a broken window with a piece of wood covering it, beds were dirty and very poorly made, sheets stained, cigarette butts

It was very out of date and need a lot of bug spray and help cleaning,I have pics and videos of the room it was horrible!the location was the only thing that kept me motivated to stay in the motel

Room wasnt very nice, no secondary look on door. no fridge or microwave.

Refrigerator in the room did not work, and there was no ice machine. It was cold, and the only heat was from a small space heater

Just nasty floors tore up bathroom had water leaking the power went out while we were sleeping only on our side of the room we woke up sweating at 2 in the morning at the beginning she tried to charge us 100 more n took it off our card when I checked it

LOCATION IS AMAZING THE STAFF WAS GREAT VERY KIND AND ILL BE COMING BACK FOR SURE

DIDNT HAVE ANY SOAP IN THE BATHROOM BED WAS KINDA UNCOMFORTABLE AND BUT IT WONT STOP ME FROM COMING BACK ILL JUST BRING SOAP AND PILLOWS NEXT TIME

The best thing about this hotel was after I looked at the room and decided I *WOULD NOT* stay there and after the mean, impolite woman told me that she *WOULD NOT* refund my money she made a good recommendation that we could stay at Four Points.

Blood on the sheets & bedspread. Dead bed bugs on the mattress. The place stunk. It look terrible... pieced together with what look garage sale garbage. I've stayed in $--- roadside hotels and been satisfied. This place was on a whole 'nother level.

Checked for bedbugs and found no trace and didn't see a single other insect before or after the 3 inch cockroach on the wall at one point. Doesn't have pesky "stable" hard floors, comes with super comfy linoleum over soft, comfy floors that give a little.

Booked several months in advance. Eight hour drive took longer than expected, called about late check in, barely made it in time. Was greeted by being shoo-ed away. Had to explain twice, finally got checked in even though she claimed "no nice rooms left".

I was unable to check in nobody was there. There were on look y 4 parking spots, and nobody answered the phone when I arrived. I was very surprised by the appearance of the place that it was still in operation.
