Pros +

  • We loved the tropical decorations of the hotel. The outdoor patio is inviting and comfortable. The room is beautifully appointed. The bathroom is sparkling clean with a gorgeous shower that is easy to get in and out. The bed is very comfortable.

Cons -

  • It was very disappointing that the TV did not work without our personal passwords. We do not carry our passwords for Netflix, Hulu, etc. The error message stated, ?Too many people are using your account?. When contacted, they said use your own password.
