Check in was smooth even though we were late and I called.

Yes the ridiculous animal cleaning fee. My 4.5lb home trained as the front desk agent seen and crated. He NVR I NVR let him roam the rooms....yuk I am pissed for tfe charge.

The Redroof Inn was nextdoor. The neighborhood is nice and safe, but there were some problems involvig law enforcement on the neighboring property. Also there is a parking fee $15 daily.

The room was spacious and the layout was great. The breakfast was good and the front desk was very attentive and courteous.

No shuttle service to cruise port

The staff was super friendly and it was clean.

The only thing that happened was that we were on the elevator and it dropped - it skipped what is called an interlock and landed hard on the following floor. It did restart after a minute or so, but that was pretty scary.

Spacious double queen suite was perfect for our trip. The free hot breakfast was also great!

It?s very near the sea

In the bathroom shower door is not enough to stop the water going over the floor of the bathroom,company definitely needs to fix that issue,thank you

Man was painting a mural (very pretty) but the odor was gross.

Breakfast was amazing! Everyone was very nice and helpful! Location was amazing and close to everything! The room had a nice view and was so spacious and comfortable!

All in all it was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I asked for a room with an ocean view and even though they said they would do that, all we saw were some power lines and some homes! This is just my opinion but since Covid prices at all hotels have gone way up and service, like making up the beds has gone way down.

Really good hotel. Clean large rooms. Kind attentive staff. Breakfast is great and included in your stay. The lobby/ breakfast area is spacious and well kept.

Oscar at the front desk was very friendly down to earth. Very helpful. Loved the room it was very clean and comfortable.
