Walking distance to the cruise port
It was unique and clean. And the bed was comfortable. And the price was good.

Cons -

Instruction guide to check in is not exactly as the email listed and kind of disappointed.
There were homeless people walking around the alley, which is right next to where we had to park. I was worried about my car being safe through the night.
