Aloft by Marriott Frisco

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I loved the location and also the bar and whole lounge area downstairs. No complaints! Great stay!

Fresh design and room layout with walk-in shower.

The entire 4th floor corridor smelled like marijuana when we checked in Saturday night. Apparently coming from two rooms directly across from each other, each with its door left ajar. I reported this to the desk clerk

The lady at the reception was rude unwelcoming and unprofessional. Key room didn?t work at first she wrote a wrong room number on the card, came back to the counter instead of helping she got rude defending her handwriting that it was a 9 not 4.

Bar restaurants area not as clean been to other locations of Aloft much much better.

Low water pressure in shower. Blood stained mattress. No place to set anything in the shower. No dooron the bathroom.

Prime location

bar was closed on New Years, which made no sense. The room was not clean, the shower did not work and the fridge was broke. There was also a police situation with a suspect holed up in a room on the floor below, hotel didnt notify us of the safety ris

The Lobby was contemporary and a bar is available.

Rooms are efficient, but seem small compared to competitors.

Nothing-- the phone in the room did not work and the room smelled like death. Asked to change rooms but they did not have any available.

The hotel is in a great area. It is near shopping and Ana great places to eat.

I contacted the hotel to tell them I would be there around 2:30 because I was driving from Houston. I got to the hotel and 2:00am and they had cancelled my reservation.

The staff are very kind.

Stayed here 3 times and there were disturbing issues with cleanliness of towels, bedding, and contact surfaces.

The room was NOT clean. I emailed the manager pics of the dirty, stained sheets at his request. I, unfortunately, do NOT trust the cleanliness of this hotel.

Carpet in hallway and room did not appear to have been vacuumed any time recently..... room carpet had makeup powder very visibly not clean Checkin rep was not professionally dressed and not perky/friendly. Check out guy was ONLY redeeming quality

Cleanliness was extremely disappointing. Pulled back covers of the bed to find 5-6 long hairs, quite disgusting when it's midnight and my family is tired only to find we've been given a dirty room. Some recourse is in order. Front desk offered nothing.

Air-conditioner is very loud, turns on and off all night. Bathroom is very small, very limited storage, no dresser, 4 hangers, no place to put your clothes, basically kept clothes in baggage, no counter space in bathroom, no real door for bathroom

The modern decor was really appealing. The size of the room was fantastically-large!

No breakfast but that is understandable.

Checking in was a very quick , efficient and pleasant experience. The young lady that checked me in (I apologize I forgot her name) was very friendly and accommodating . I really appreciated her being very helpful and efficient.
