AC Hotel Dallas Frisco

Rude staff. No free coffee. Bad parking situation. Expensive mediocre breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice and in a great location.

I asked for some warm milk for a toddler. It seemed to me to be too large of a request for the staff. They finally get the milk but said they could not bring it to the room because they were busy. Looks at the lobby for an hour before I brought it up.

This room was so small and not what we had selected. We picked a double room and it definitely was not a double room

No o microwave or any way to heat anything. Cramped night staff was very rude when we arrived

It's located within walking distance to many of the things that we love to do as a family including the Dallas Cowboys practice field and many different shops and restaurants.

One of the worst hotel stays that I¿ve ever had. Staff was horrendous, a strobe light flashed in our room all night, children crying all night and parties in the hallways at all hours.

Room was clean

Parking was a mess. Parking garage was far off and required payment each night. The machine did not work most of the time. Staff was not very helpful with navigating the parking garage.

Rooms are super basic with no dresser. A 2 star room dressed up as 3.5 any holiday inn is nicer and a better deal

One of the towels in the room was dirty and had someone¿s else¿s hair on it.

The staff and the rooms were top knot and the location was very good with everything within 15 minutes of the hotel

Not much free parking, and my bed was not as comfortable as one might of thought coming from a hotel that was as nice as this one

The staff was excellent, the hotel was beautiful and clean. Also the indoor pool was great.

The parking is awful if you do not pay to park in the parking garage.

Everything... A relaxed environment which employs great staff members starting from the front desk clerks to housekeeping and maintenance.The GM goes over and above every time I visit this location to make sure my stay is an immensely impeccable visit.

Its absurd that the hotel charged $140 and is retaining it for incidentals. Supposedly will refund after several days. That's an excessive fee for a 2 day stay.

Beautiful hotel & room

There was hair in the shower. During a global pandemic, I would think cleanliness would be a priority. The hotel was essentially closed ... lobby & lounge both closed. I had to walk to an adjoining hotel to check in. No food or drinks available

Very modern feel.

Major issues with the flooring in the room. Condensation and brown glue pushing up between floor boards. Had to wear flip flops to keep feet from getting dirty. Bath mat on floor would turn outright brown from this. Stayed 8 nights and room never cleaned.
