Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Frisco Hotel & Convention Center

The beautiful lobby and atrium, smelled really nice! The elevators are fast. The employees were very helpful and the food was good.

Only 10 luggage carts for this size hotel? I would suggest either bell service of adding more luggage carts. We could not find one at 8 a.m., not even checkout time where we'd expect them to be in use.

Very nice common area withe restaurant and bar. Staff was very pleasant.

Room looked a bit tired but saw evidence that refresh is in progress. Still a nice place to stay.

It was clean, staff friendly and helpful, nice location. I was also able change my room from a single King bed - 2 room suite to a Queen 2bed - 2 room suite very easily at no extra charge.

The Air Conditioning could have Been A LOT Better than it was. We had the room set on 64 to try to cool it off, but it NEVER got below 69... so I was hot and uncomfortable majority of night.

I used to love to stay at the Embassy Suites in Frisco, TX. They went from 10 star rating down to maybe 3-4. I was very disappointed with my stay,

Having to pay for parking 🤬 2 drink limit for happy hour. Embassy is not going to go bankrupt with a 3-4 limit. BREAKFAST should not get more than 1 star. My grown son COULD NOT cut up his cold, hard as a rock(oven baked) frozen waffles 🤬

The extra room with the sofa bed is a must with our kids. Kids love the free breakfast.

The room had a smell to it, elevators took an along time, kids were playing in the hall late and they had a timeshare as soon as you exited the elevator.

Our floors ice machine was not working, they were hosting a dance competition and had to wait to the elevator for at least 5 min every time trying to go anywhere

It was big. I liked the happy hour and breakfast

It was very dirty. The pool area, the dinning area looked like it hadn't been touched in days. Sheets smelled and the light coming from outside kept us up.

Location is good, it hasn't been updated, but it's been very well maintained.

They definitely need new bedding. The mattresses were not comfortable, and the pillows were not very good.

No staff around to checkin at 5pm. Room smelled like "wet dog". Told entire hotel was Pet friendly. Sent to another room, not much better. Hotel pretty much smelled like a barn. Very shortstaffed, breakfast was not available & much more. horrible stay

TV in living area wasn't working, bathroom soap torn off wall.

The room smelt stale, parking was $18 a day ( in the suburbs) and being ? green? not to provide house keeping just decoded to corporate greed. Embassy is not what it use to be!

The staff was helpful and very quick to attend to your needs

The pillows are as flat as a pancake ALL of them. New fluffy pillows will make a neck much better after a weekend stay.

When we checked in, the Hotel's employees told us the parking was included ($18.50 per day!) because we were Hilton Honor. When we checked out, another Hotel employee said it was not. So, the cost was not $---per night, but closer to $--- per night.
