Hotel Indigo Frisco by IHG

Clean, non-smoking, friendly service, good service

The pool was empty and not available for use. My wife and I were looking forward to using it while there.

Charged me for a meal I did not order, when I asked them about the charge to my card the staff was very rude and claimed it was not their fault. Someone else used my room number and they were less than kind about the mistake.

The toilet tissue and facial tissue is too thin...seems cheap. The Parks coffee is too bitter. Please stay with Gold Mountain Otherwise, all is well. I will stay there again

The room was great, the bed was really comfortable, and the staff was amazing! The front desk was exceptionally wonderful.

The shower door seal was broken and the tile floor would get soaked outside of the shower.

When we first checked in, there were hairs in the bed. Asked them to change the bedding - next morning after housekeeping cleaned the room, there were hairs that weren't ours in the bed again. Did not have housekeeping come in again until we checked out

The cleanliness

The pool is not handicap friendly. In fact it?s very difficult to enter and exit .

I really wished there was a fridge and/or a microwave in the room. Additionally it wouldve been very convenient to have a shuttle to and from the airport as wells as some way to get laundry done.

There was a Hispanic gentleman up front, and he was super personable and accommodating to all of our needs.

That you could not drink at the pool area. If you buy outside alcohol it was Not allowed in the frist floor or pool area. Unless you would purchase it from there bar.

Lobby area and clean hotel room

I stay at hotels for work 160+ nights a year. This hotel has all its money in the lobby area. My room had the following issues: toilet running constantly, AC sucked, Keurig coffee maker poured out two oz of coffee, sink drained very slow, shower head not

Very clean, staff was great.

We were very surprised and disappointed to not have a mini fridge or microwave in room. Honestly we didn¿t think to look at the listing to see if there was one. What half decent hotel doesn¿t have a mini fridge in room? Ice machine on our floor was brok

It was so clean, convenient area, and peaceful! I loved my stay! And the bathroom was beautiful! That¿s so important to me!

The morning of our second day the hotel did not have hot water which was not pleasant. The slow WiFi was a problem for my wife and I as well, along with the lack of in room mini fridge

The bartender  is such a sweet person

Staff was rude and incompetent, I was charged for items from a gift shop that I didn¿t purchase and they won¿t refund my card until they review video surveillance. Tried to reach out to management and can not get a call back. Very frustrating!!!

In a very good location.All kinds of Restaurants and shopping close by .

Bed was very firm. I woke up in back pain.

The decor was so pretty. They hotel room was very chic.

The beds were hard and the water didn¿t get very hot.
