Hyatt House Dallas Frisco

Clean, quiet and great locaty

Nice clean and free breakfast was better than the rest. The Anyway you like omelette bar. Made to order.

Location is somewhat convenient, getting to and leaving from.

Parking fee Bed sheet had 2 stains Spare pillow from closet was brown stained, no spare blanket. Toilet randomly running Window next to overhang, got a discounted drum solo all night from the rain storm.

Very nice service. Best location. Good breakfast. Coffee machine, microwave, and refrigerator. That?s very comfortable.

Everything was great. From location to the friendly staff at checking, to the clean room and bathroom, to the breakfast, I enjoyed my stay.

Lobby area id clean

The linen on the bed was very dingy, microwave old, tv outdated and water runs slow.

The staff is professional and courteous. The hot breakfast selections in the morning were very nice and well stocked.

The bedding in our room was not clean at all. Had hair all over it and was dingy and dirty. They did bring us new bedding for the night as they were sold out and offered to change rooms for us the next day.

Front desk staff was very kind, courteous, polite, helpful, they were great. The room was very clean and looks fantastic. The cold AC was great. And the chef makes fantastic omelettes. They were so good. I had to get a second one.

There was only one elevator. But the wait was in very long at all.

Staff was helpfull and friendly.

Bathroom was not clean. The toilet floor was dirty. Elevator broke the last night and only left one available with 15 minute wait. Only one set stairs went down to lobby the other sent you outside. Had to pay for parking if known would not have stayed.

Breakfast was great, kind staff at the front desk, great location!

Housekeeping was poor, I asked for towels but they don¿t have have enough so they just bring a couple of hand towels.

Yes.my family of 6 checked in on 12/22 thru12/27 and we couldn¿t get but 1 roll of toilet paper per day for 6 adults..not only that we didn¿t get our room cleaned or changed linen not 1day we where there.only when we checked out that the room got cleaned

Location and room quality

The lady that took over shift duties after I checked in. She was rude and unprofessional

Close to everything breakfast was very good

Comforter was not clean looking. Asked for a new one and they didn't have one.

Very clean overall. Free wifi, slightly harder to access than normal, but free. Lots of towels were provided, so I didn't even need to request more.

There was no toothpaste offered in the washroom. When I arrived late at night, the employee seemed annoyed and also made it seem like my reservation would be cancelled. Also the breakfast menu is very stingy.

Room was nice and cold.

Parking is not free. Needs fixed on this site. Customer service there is terrible.

Location to Stonebriar Mall, park in walking distance, close to highway and restaurant s and shops. Quiet and beautiful area. Front desk lady was super friendly and nice, very happy and polite and helpful.

The bathroom corner sink area was dirty. VEnt in the bathroom was thick with dust and toilet paper had a pinkish tint on the whole side of it like it fell on lipgloss. Also the picture and description of our suite said refrigerator but only a mini there.

I was late checking out by an hour an a staff member came banging on the door loudly stating check out time was at noon. Certainly there was not a crowd trying to check in. During these times a little more flexibility would be warranted.

Good location, very friendly staff

Didn’t have a full size fridge, room was very small for being a suite, no hot tub.
