The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet.

The hotel is very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The staff members always greeted you. The breakfast was delicious. We will stay here again.

The location is very good, and the breakfast is quite good. The included kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and a dishwasher and includes everything but an oven. Having a full-sized refrigerator was great.

The breakfast was quite good, but we felt like it lacked just a bit. There was only one meat choice, bacon on some days and sausage patties on others. Also, we got tired of the tater tots every day, but my son liked them.

Always clean with friendly and helpful staff. Amenities are very nice. Breakfast is always very good and they always have tea bags in the room and in the common area. I prefer tea to coffee.

The hot water canister in the common area doesn¿t always have hot water in it so I have to ask for it BUT, the staff has always been very kind and gotten a cup for me in the kitchen so it¿s not a huge issue.

Horrible window A/C units. Loud, too much air blowing, wall thermostat didn't seem to work. The coffee maker only worked on one side. When I mentioned it to the front desk, she said she had never heard of a problem like that. End of story. No dish soap.

My friend and I booked this hotel for a girl¿s weekend getaway. I was pleasantly surprised with the safety, cleanliness, friendly and accommodating staff and the amenities in the suite I rented. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just the usual upstairs neighbors loud/heavy walking, other than that, everything was great!

All the staff is beyond amazing. They are genuinely nice and helpful. Hotel employee at breakfast counter is so nice. Front desk was accommodating to my numerous requests. The lobby door is locked after 6 pm so its very safe. Plenty of parking.

Room 310-bed springs poked into you. My fridge was making a loud sound. I increased the temperature to 9 since at the set temperature it was above 43 degrees F. The fridge made loud noises the whole week. The sink's faucet popped off/ was broken.

Housekeeping was extremely good. She gave us fresh towels daily. The front desk was very accommodating. They provided friendly and hospitable service whenever I was in need of stuff for my room. Hotel employee at front desk is a 5 star employee! Thank you.

They did not sell large bottles of water. I had to go get them from Target.

The room was a great size. Breakfast in the morning was delicious! When we arrived out tv wasn't working. The staff fixed the problem right away. Very nice people!

We were very pleased with the room size and accommodations. The breakfasts had many selections with fresh fruits, yogurt, hot and cold cerealy, waffles with several hot choices that changed daily.

The wifi was extemely slow and sometime lost connection. We were told that a wifi upgrade was scheduled for the following week.

The rooms were extremely clean and roomy. The staff was congenial and helpful. The breakfast was great.

Location was perfect...Staff was wonderful...rooms were comfortable and spacious!
