The location was perfect for our needs and the price was in line with our budget. It afforded us a hot (really good) breakfast as well! The room was clean, the hotel was clean, and the entire check in experience was easy.

Nothing, I would book this hotel again.

Location was great. Personnel were friendly and helpful.

One of the lights in our room the first night would not turn off and we had to sleep with it on all night. The next day maintenance came and fixed it for us.

Always looks nice and modern and clean.

I stayed at this hotel 5 weeks ago and again last weekend. I had no hot water one day my first trip and no hot water 2 days on most recent trip. I gave the hotel the benefit of doubt and went back after my poor experience in March 2025. Never again!

Comfortable bed, friendly staff

The shower was Luke warm at best. The hotel said they sent someone to fix it, but it was not remedied.

I loved that the room had a mini fridge and microwave so it felt like I was still in my own apartment.

The shower was leaking all over the bathroom floor with water so I almost slipped. The A/C unit also leaked condensation on the carpets. Also, the ¿firm¿ pillows were quite flat.

Comfy bed, towels fully stocked, night front desk clerk was nice

Housekeeping extremely loud @ 8:00 in the morning! Laughing talking loud, banging doors! Woke me up 3times. Had the nerve to knock on my door 2 mins b4 checkout to make sure I¿m leaving after interrupting my sleep all morning. $75 incidental is alot

Cleanliness

The breakfast is free I know however could have been a little more up to par seems as though the persons preparing didn¿t properly have everything in place where guests could access items seems like a lot of scrambling for this and that was going on.

Incredibly rude breakfast staff. Didn't get the room we reserved--Had to go back and ask for the suite that we booked. Thank goodness there was one still available.

Bathroom not as clean as it should be. Various hairs in shower and in floor upon arrival. Mildew in shower should be eradicated not just caulked over!

The first room we were in had bed bugs.. lots of bites ¿¿ room 304

The front desk staff were super friendly, always said hello or see you later as we walked out of the lobby to venture out. The beds were very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great!

The parking is mostly in the back of the hotel. After check in, you have to exit to Frisco street, and do a u-turn to come back and make a left hand turn to get to the back of the property where the parking is.

Little noise from road, but otherwise no complaints

Hotel shower had almost NO water pressure. Trickled out. Only 1 outlet worked in the room. AC wouldn't get cold...stayed warm in the room entire stay. Disappointed because Holiday Inn's typically have higher quality standards.

Room was clean and most things were serviceable.

Had to wait past the 3 pm check in for my room. Plus, room was too female friendly. The toilet would not stay up but would always go down. I get today's world is more female friendly but that was ridiculous.

Pet policy is different than you have online. They do not accept pets. Also had someone in an adjoining room. Noise level higher than expected
