The location was close to family. The kitchenette and room size was great.

The room had a horrible mold/mildew smell. It was so strong, I would not stay here again just for that.

Room is very big and work station table and computer chair, relax chair are all awesome and kitchen is very friendly to cook

Hotel staff do the cleaning only weekly and I hope they should do the cleaning weekly twice at least

Location to Frisco Medical City Hospital. Large comfortable rooms. Quiet area.

Lobby coffee machine not functioning. Neither was coffee maker in room. Had to pay for hotel room twice. Earlier planned stay (Nov 17-21, 2024) had to be cancelled when my surgery was cancelled/rescheduled. Hotel would not allow cancellation/refund.

We had a suite on the ground floor which was great for independent living. The hotel offered free laundry, the staff is very friendly, and its in a good suburban location, close to all sorts of amenities

Housekeeping slamming doors at 8:30am, lack of free breakfast, the outdoor pool was closed during our visit.

Room was clean, everything was properly organized

No drinking water bottles. They should had kept at least one water bottle.

This hotel had a good location to Toyota Stadium, would be OK for a longer visit because the room had a kitchenette.

Staff is not very helpful. The whole place is damp and has a very unpleasant smell like dirt and cheap detergent.

Spacious room, comfortable

No breakfast offered, not even by paying for it, they charged my CC $75.00 for incidentals upon arrival and I called and was told that it was going to be removed after 5 business days, confirmation number i was given where not recognized

The staff were amazing and the hotel was clean. We stayed here last year and it is so close to the fields! We have recommended this hotel to our friends. Great place to stay!

The kitchen was the best but the bathroom love that they furnished shampoo and conditioner and body wash Dove..

My husband said a jacuzzi tub. But I love it

The hotel and staff were great. From the manager to the people cleaning and maintenance guy as well. I stopped by before booking and they showed me a couple rooms. When I checked in they were just as nice. I extended my stay and it was great.

I really loved the location and being able to cook my on food! The washer & dryer was great for free. Nice and clean.

I loved the kitchenette setups. There was a slight issue with the type of room I received, and Rachel and the manager  were great!!!

When we got ready to checkout, we had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. They were outside, I assume on a break. Another patron said they had been waiting 20 minutes before we walked up.

The room was spacious.

The carpet next to my bed had a giant red food stain that was pretty disgusting.

Seems there¿s a few homeless people living there and noticed police activity on two different nights

Location and price. Staff was fantastic!!!

Some areas in bathroom was not clean; didn't have adequate supply of toilet tissue (had to request tissue the next morning)

Rooms were clean. Staff was nice.

Complimentary breaksfast would be nice. Prices in the snack bar were a little high ($3 for a coke)

The location was close to a lot of activities and restaurants

The staff that welcomed us was super rude, asked me what room I would expect for the price deal I got, the room was not clean at all, hair and dust everywhere, pots and dishes were dirty

Bed was small not big enough for 2. A couple of hair strands on the shower walls. the walls are thin like most hotels
