Perfect location for Mary’s Spector appointment. For travel locations buying ice bags for coolers would be awesome for traveling coolers that people like us use. In Texasmost areas would help with ice to buy before and after checking or out

Trash cans in room are way too small. We make a big mess after using plastic bottles.

Good location. Comfy beds and good breakfast. Staff was courteous.

I asked for the room to have beds made and fresh towels daily, which was the correct protocol described at the front desk, but it was never done during my 4-night stay. I had to have the small closet repaired so that I could have access to hang clothing.

Felt unwell in room and it sounded like people were either yelling or talking very loudly downstairs in the middle of the night.

Room had a stale smell and saw one bug in the restroom. Smell went away after a day of running the AC

Large room. It was a wheelchair accessible room.

The main light by the front door had to be on in order to turn on the bathroom light. So to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night you had to do it in the dark or turn the light on and chance everyone waking up. I¿d be mad if I was in a wheelchair

Location

Excessive noise in hallways late into evening and early each morning. Pool was closed. Common areas were not kept very clean. I realize there were many soccer teams staying, but no effort was made to quiet them down.

Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good.

A bit worn. Elevators and stairwells could have been cleaner.

No soap. Wet and I mean SOAKED carpet in the lobby and they did a horrible job of communicating. Emps at this hotel just don't care.

The bed sheets did not fit the king size bed and became untucked during the night. Also, no maid service for the 2 night stay. Breakfast was average at best.

The crib provided was dirty and broken. The side rails would not lock!

We had a trial for FC Dallas and the fields were right by the hotel so location was awesome and there were resteraunts close by which made things easy!

Pool was outdoors and cold and there is no hot tub.
