Room was big and location.

Elevator was broken. Had to take two toddlers up three flights of stairs.

filthy, poor servicing of the room, the place was poorly remodeled with poor quality, falling apart details

sixth floor, where we did not stay, was nice

the third floor where we stayed was in need of a major refresh. The entire floor was dirty, scoffed, and over perfumed. The bathroom fans aired out into the bedroom! the sheets had holes in them. We got a late checkout, which magically disappeared.

Rooms were nice and location great. Night front desk person was excellent and so helpful

Yes! Only one elevator worked the 3 nights we were there and we were on floor 6 so we always had to wait long times for elevator. Also area outside of elevator waiting was very warm and not air conditioned.

The bed is clean, no weird smell

Rooms near elevators is super noisy. When I ask for switching room. A manager is questioning how long have you stayed in the room, have you used bathroom etc. And after switch room. A neighbor room has a dog keep making noises and scratches the door.

Yes I booked a suite and didn?t get a suite and he said I?ll give you a discount for not having a suite that I booked in advanced. No discount was given at all Very disappointed I booked a suite and paid extra for a reason

Staff at front desk was rude and never got service but once in our room. We were there for a week.

Super friendly staff , great breakfast Can?t beat the price, I was honestly impressed.

1 of the elevators opens up the back door where housekeeping brings in their items. The GR button opens that door We accident it hit G and GR so when the elevator hits the lobby floor the front and back opened at the same time and it freaked us out.

No hand soap in lobby bathroom. Stayed there before this time and had to ask them for soap. Also bananas instead of oranges for breakfast overall was good

Great location in good neighborhood, close to Gass station, walking distance shopping and restaurants. Great stuff, free parking, roomy rooms, comfortable beds and tasty breakfast.

The elevator is on it¿s last leg. Hotel is a little worn. Otherwise it was a good deal for the price.

Maintenance department is very bad, the paint at doors and elevator is really bad and damage that looks dirty, one elevator working at the time, ac system fan at room was too loud that we decided to sleep without ac thanks to weather that was not too bad

The air conditioning system was breaking down and extremely loud, this scared my 4 year old and kept her up during the night. The bedding and bathroom were not clean and had someone else¿s hair and dirt on them. Pool was broken down. Would not book again

The breakfast was great, clean areas, at front desk they had fresh water, coffee and teas all day. Our room was clean. Great customer service.

We loved the breakfast, the quiet, and the springs outside.

The air conditioner cover was off the hole in the wall, and the strip of insulation was loose at the front door.

Everything was great at this hotel. The room temperature was good when we arrived. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shades in the room were great as there was not much light coming in once the sun rose which was nice too.
