The staff and cleanness of the room and hotel.

There should be different prices for items at breakfast instead of a set price.

Reserved for 4 guests and there were 4 towels and wash cloths in the room

Continental breakfast for $12 seemed a bit high.

Great staff. Friendly and accommodating. Perfect area, close to everything. Great Hwy access to other areas.

Horrible waited 5 hours before I got my room.. I had called in advance to make sure my room was there and they had said yes I arrive at 6 because I was driving from McAllen to frisco and when I got there they had said my room was not available horrible

I didn¿t realize that the hotel does not provide free breakfast, instead they charge $13 for continental breakfast.

the lobby was nice and bright and clean and the front desk personnel were helpful and pleasant.

once we went up to the floor where the room was it was dark and musty ... ac unit was noisy and the room was a little outdated. mold on the walls in the shower and we killed a small spider on the ceiling our 2nd night there.

The staff is really awesome. They upgraded me to a better room upon hearing that the room I was assigned was dirty.

night shift front desk person was not able to give me shampoo & conditioner and said they didnt have any. Really?

Location to the venue was convenient

The room served its purpose......I reserved a suite in order for bride and bridesmaids to have room to get ready. I personally prefer a king size bed, but the suites only offered 2 queen/full, no king size. No water in lobby, container was empty.

The staff was awesome-very friendly especially the shuttle driver.He dropped me off and picked me up from my location twice and always had a smile on his face.The hotel had a wonderful clean smell-something I don't find in other hotels.Will stay again!
