Yes air conditioner very loud in the first room, door fell off the hinges the second room. Valet slow and at one point refused to get my car.

My wife loved the filtered water that was available.

I did not like that you had no choice but to Valet. There was a parking garage behind the hotel, no reason we should not be able to park ourselves.

Location

The evening staff person was not friendly. Never made eye contact, brusque when asked about parking. Toilet seat was loose and moved when sitting on it.

Cleanliness and conveniently located.

No free parking. No free complimentary breakfast. Costly stay.

This hotel had spacious rooms. The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

Even after putting a request in for your car 20-30 minutes early, we still had to wait several minutes for the car to be delivered. I would recommend self parking, even though it only saves you $3.00

It was very clean.

Disrepair. Handle came off the door when pulled leaving exposed screws. No amenities. Staff on phones or not present at desk when help needed

Yery comfortable bed despite desperately needing to be turned over due to the hump in the middle. Great view from the 7th floor. Very quiet probably due to the 20% capacity that was running during the New Year Weekend !?

Only 1 wash rag despite the verified double reservation. Non functional coffee maker and refrigerator. Informed front desk. Never fixed. No microwave. No Kleenex/napkins. One roll of toilet paper? $22.00 / night self parking?? More space more info.

Nicely styled, friendly staff. Very comfortable bed.

The faucets and the iron in my room were both damaged. Shower door didn't close completely. Just seemed a little beaten up.

the staff was helpful and courteous

The smell upon entering the hotel. It was a cross between perfume and sewer. We came to find out that the hotel had a sewer issue.

House keeping doesn¿t really answer when called and even when I called the from desk it took 45 minutes for them to have what I needed.

The location is good.

Terrible experience at this hotel. Rude receptionist on arrival, no parking tag given, and they charged my prepaid room, promising a refund that hasn¿t happened yet. Extremely dissatisfied.

Everything I expect from a canopy hotel, great room, decent amenities

Staff were less than helpful and the lobby bar was only open for a small window

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, design of the room, great shower

Breakfast which was not free, only offered pastries. Bed sheets were stained on arrival, they were changed once we got through the language barrier with the room maid, it would of been helpful if the front staff could of let her know.

Hotel is new and I would guess that¿s the only reason it¿s clean.

The staff is not attentive. Always lounging around and not working. Valet playing on his phone inside offices and never at the valet stand. 25 minutes to retrieve a car.

$22/day parking and some of the ev chargers didn't work.

The hotel is new so that is nice.

There was no bellman to assist with luggage and valet was so slow, we parked ourselves after taking our own luggage in. There is no access to the parking garage from the hotel. You have to walk around from the side uncovered in the rain down winding path.

Very clean

No refrigerator in room. Parking is an extra charge. Music is too loud in lobby. Internet not free. Very average hotel. 3 stars at most. Definitely not 4 as advertised.

Quiet, cozy room with pleasant ambience. They also provide glass bottles to fill from the hydration machine.

Woken in the morning by a phone call from the front desk. The staff informed me the water will be turned off for an hour. They said they weren¿t aware the day prior.

Showers didn¿t work. There was no hot water. Hotel is brand new. There¿s nothing within walking distance of the hotel, only empty lands and construction sites.
