My wife loved the filtered water that was available.

Cons -

I did not like that you had no choice but to Valet. There was a parking garage behind the hotel, no reason we should not be able to park ourselves.
This is not a 4 star hotel. Also the charcoal soap makes you smell like a campfire.
The evening staff person was not friendly. Never made eye contact, brusque when asked about parking. Toilet seat was loose and moved when sitting on it.
