Dirty, bad smells, sink not in working properly

The rooms are very clean. As well as the lobby area. The breakfast bar is very organized.

The hotel staff is very lazy and unknowledgeable about their own systems and proceedures.

The location is great.

It was FILTHY. Literally disgusting with huge cockroaches in the room, a flooded carpet from the AC unit, the elevator smelled like absolute crap. Horrible experience, DO NOT stay there.

The person working in the breakfast area was very nice

Very dirty, roaches inside and outside the rooms (not sanitary), phone didn’t work in the room, all the rooms smelled like mold or smoke. There was no one at the front desk, the lighting was horrible. They didn’t have enough towels. It was very bad.

The breakfast was disgusting, my room door never worked anyone could just walk in without a key. There was black hair all over the bathroom and the air conditioner was leaking and flooded half the room. Talked to staff and they did absolutely nothing.

Included hot breakfast.

Did not have hot water in shower. When I told the checkout guy he apologized but offered nothing else.

I was charged an extra $300+ and told I would he refunded. It has been 10 days and I am still waiting for that refund. I will never stay here again.

Staff was friendly.

There were a few roaches I saw in my room. The televisions did not have any connecting cables and did not work.

Eventhough most of their staff did not speak English, they were courteous and nice. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay alright.

Most of their staff cannot communicate with guest. Only the front desk staff were able to communicate in English.

The check-in employee was fantastic and kind.

The hotel is very outdated and dingy. The door to our room had a 2 inch gap at the bottom, the hotel was very dirty in the halls and the elevator. The rooms are set up very odd.

hotel was clean but there is still renovation going on. I was woken up by drills and banging. The sheets were clean but there were old stains, which were gross. I had them switch out and they were better but still had stains. They need to add new bedding.

You should mention that this hotel is under renovations when somebody is booking. The first room that was assigned was unacceptable. The window was not even washed from the outside, no sunshine and in full renovation so the rooms were kind of dirty.

my room was ?under construction ?so the tub had paint stains that looked like poop! Bathroom was horrible altogether as far as cosmetics. Saw a roach. The steam from shower set off smoke alarm. Fridge in room did not work.

Only thing I like about this hotel was that the location was close to where we wanted to be.

I was foolish and booked this. A colleague that always uses this flag stayed there a year ago.?and before he even checked in, he relocated. I should have done the same.

One of the better breakfast that I've experienced at a hotel. The staff were extremely nice.

My bathroom sink hot water didn't work and had trouble connecting to the wifi.

We had trouble with the tv, but maintenance came and fixed it in a few minutes

It smelled the room was mediocre: bathtub in bad shape, room carpet needed to be replaced, TV required to 2 remotes the front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly the maintenance staff were friendly and diligent the performance of their duties
