Economical and in a good location for us
Very friendly staff and quiet area. Room was clean.
I have stayed at this location a few times over the years and find it easy to navigate through Fredericksburg without dealing with traffic on the main strip in town.

Cons -

Room was clean but had some cosmetic issues.
The staff is always friendly and the price is usually very reasonable.
