- The staff was INCREDIBLY RUDE! We were interrupted during sleep even with a do not disturb hanger on the door. Hotel security accused me and my travel partners for smoking marijuana in the room. We absolutely were NOT!
- To be a 4 star hotel, the pool is not in good conditions.
- The room service meal was terrible. We picked a hotel with an on-site restaurant to get quality food kept warm in a plate with cover. Not someone giving us cold food in a sack like a DoorDasher.
