Pros +
- Cookie when we arrived. Manager special dinner. We were blown away. The hotel was so clean I thought it was new but found out it was 10 years new.
- Spacious room, lovely decor and very comfy. Reception and Lobby area were gorgeous
- Very friendly staff. The management goes above and beyond for their guests.
Cons -
- The hot tub was quite cool--nowhere near warm enough to be considered a hot tub. That was disappointing, considering it was the main reason we booked this particular hotel.
- They put us in a handicap room instead of regular King room when could have used it for someone who could have needed it
- No complaints
