The beds were amazing! and everything was very clean! The location was perfect for what we needed.

1) The breakfast selection was not great 2) The pool was closed for maintenance. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool for our kids to swim. 3) Price was high

It was close, convenient, appeared clean, and nice amenities.

The day we were leaving we noticed Oreo wrappers tucked into the edge of the mattress on the opposite side of the bed. They would have fallen out if the sheets had been changed. Definitely grossed out!

Location

Stayed several days. The TV in the room did not work, was reported to the front desk 4 times, never fixed. Housekeeping never came, reported to front desk. I sent a note to Hilton directly, no response. They have a satisfaction guarantee, what a joke

Clean hotel, nice staff, great pool for family.

The bed was too firm, not comfortable.

Clean and breakfast was fine. Room was large appreciate that it had a kitchenette. Tv had apps. Hotel was walkable to the riverwalk but not super close to much. Very suburban.

The bed was SUPER firm. The bed was so hard I could not sleep on it at all, ended up moving to the sofa bed which was thin but at least give me back pain (I¿m 35 for reference so this is unusual). Blankets thin, nothing cozy or comfy here.

The room was excellent.

The breakfast sandwiches and eggs were horrible. The breakfast sandwiches were so hard, you could not bite into them. I opened up the English muffin to eat the meat which maybe was ham, and the eggs, but the meat was so shriveled up and stuck to the bun.

Extremely well maintained and clean. Generous breakfast with a great variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were wonderful! Spacious and all the amenities of home.

Nothing! I will be staying at Hone2Suites again.

Did not like the dogs parsing in the lobby, i did not know it was pet friendly hotel otherwise i would not book at this hotel

Very nice neighborhood. The room was great as was the bathroom. Good breakfast.

The hotel is modern, clean, well maintained, and in a wonderful location. If all hotels in the world offered the type of attention to detail, comfort, roominess and facilities as this one, then travelling would be a pleasure everywhere you go. The layout of this hotel and its rooms should be the model for all hotels placed near hospitals and for those that will need a longer stay.

There was nothing to dislike here. If I am being very picky the breakfast could have been served hotter.
