Bathroom seat very loose. Not enough lighting inside room

Room was super hot, AC did not work in first room, moved to second room AC only partially worked, in room temperature was over 74 and 82, respectively.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Loved the modern look to rooms, the outside bar patio area was great!

The hotel had an outside patio pub menu and inside restaurant which was nice but the menu was the same for each.limited choices with just okay food, not great but not horrible kinda pricey for simple plain taste food.

Clean, good breakfast. Quiet

No soap in room.

Beds poorly made. Looked like had slept on top of bedcover. Went down to the desk and got another room and it's bed looked the same. Terrible breakfast!!!!!!!!

The bed was so comfortable Got the room with the hot tub and of course it did not work called the staff and staff said how to do it but it still would not work

Hallway/ elevator smells bad Dogs everywhere Poor breakfast selection missing several items ( milk, butter, juice¿) and no one around to help @ 8:00 sat/sun You could hear everything from next room and they had the tv on all night at a high volume .

Parking for my boat with access to electrical charging.

Hotel is showing its age. Breakfast was waffle machine, cereal, and over ripe bananas. Had to wake the attendant up to get the coffee decanter put out in the lobby. My coffee machine and lamp in the room did not work. Ice machine on 3rd floor didn¿t work

Hotel is conveniently located. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Rooms were a bit shabby and not as clean as I would expect. Also needs pest control.

Clearly I didn¿t like anything about this hotel. There were bugs in my room. Pool was filthy and room was freezing inside. Hot tub was out, but was also filled with mold and disgusting. I eventually checked out and left.

The building itself looks good, fresh paint, etc

The first room we were given smelled like pee. The hot tub was broken. The treadmill was broken. The elevator broke while we were there. The hotel felt neglected.

Found a pill on the floor after my 10-month old had been crawling around for awhile. Stuff was missing from the room (no sheets for the pull out bed and no ice bucket).

Easy access to Hwy 45

Poor service, wrong room compared to the one I booked, few choices for breakfast food, little options for coffee, outdated hotel and musty smelling, no maid service unless you specifically request it. Go to Holiday Inn Express instead of La Quinta Inn.

This hotel¿s internet was so poor it could only be accessed in the lobby. There was no refrigerator in the room. Continental breakfast was poor - cereal, a packet of oatmeal and a piece of fruit.

The staff and location. Something was out of sorts. It appeared our room was not completely cleaned but almost. Clothes were in the closet I guess from the previous guest.

Toilet wasn’t working right had no ice bucket or coffee cups

Our car caught on fire and we were stranded without anywhere to stay. The staff at the hotel was amazingly kind and helpful and made a terrible situation better. Thank you so much!!

The window opened

I had called to confirm that the pool was open. When we arrived the pool was closed. I was very disappointed that I spent money just to go swimming and we couldn’t go. Their was no hand soap or shampoo to take showers. The bed had a huge dip in it.
