Beautiful building with very friendly and helpful staff.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. We had a very good experience there and would stay there again if we were ever in El Paso
Holy smokes! I was blown away by the quality of service that everyone provided. Especially the valet service. Hotel employee is amazing! I travelled alone so safety was my main priority. I felt so safe in this hotel. The other valet guy was kind too. Tha

Breakfast: Elevator wouldn't come to our floor. Took stairs. Landing packed with DJ gear & luggage. Lobby packed with screaming convention??? goers and LOUD music! Wife needed noise cancelling ear buds during breakfast. Nice place but, just wanted OUT!
