Americas Best Value Inn - Edna

The room had 3 beds. The staff was very friendly. The TV went out the first night and we called the desk and they brought a new TV up and unboxed it and hooked it up at 9:30 pm.

The check in was super quick and easy, the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Being from out of town we had no idea idea where to go eat dinner and he gave us great advice and directions. We will definitely be back.

The people that hung out on the stairs smoking were kind of loud.

I found a cockroach it was very run done. The floors felt dirty do I wore socks all night. Not clean behind furniture or underneath. Smelt musky.

It was in the location where we needed at attend a memorial service for a dear friend.

There were live crickets and other bugs. The check in staff wasn¿t friendly and the area was cluttered and messy. Cigarette buckets along the hall were discussing and looked like they had been there for weeks. The lamps and top of microwave were rusty

Nothing!

Hotel was disgusting, from roaches to stains on wall and bedding. The bathroom had black all in the shower and throw up on the toilet. Fire detector was hanging on the wall tied in trash bag. Worst experience ever and killed the vacation vibes.

No hot water, no clean towels , room wasn¿t cleaned in three days!

Location to function attending. Very quiet night - no disturbances. Bed comfort was ok.

Needs to be updated pretty badly. Old carpet & unfinished paint job. Bathroom old & not inviting to use.

On the day of checkout i waited at the front desk for 5 minutes and rang the bell several times. i finally just left a note with my room key. my siblings had to do the same thing when they left.

Need to spray around entrance doors for ants. Not a pleasant smell in room.

Jay and his wife and his cleaning staff werr excellent. I would definitely stay again. I love the location and quietness. Thanks so much!
