TownePlace Suites by Marriott McAllen Edinburg

Fairly clean.

The staff was rude. The hotel lost power, hallways were completely dark, no flashlights or other alternative lights were offered. The manager was not around during the middle of the night. The elevator wasn’t working due to power outage,

Very clean, comfy bed, Breakfast provided, walk in shower!!!

Clean property and rooms. Friendly staff . Second time my family and I have stayed here.

No, I was very satisfied.

When I arrived at hotel at 5pm my room was not ready I had to comeback later

Beautiful Hotel clean Great staff good food

NA

New and clean and very beautiful facility Great service by hotel employees

Check in policy. Had to get an extra night to be able to check in. So price paid was double

Very clean and nice and modern. All the amenities in our room.

It's pet friendly which is fine but I literally couldn't sit in the lobby because it reeked so bad from the smell of pets. It wasn't like this anywhere else in the hotel. Definitely not a great first impression smelll.

It was a very nice clean hotel. Brand new up to date place close to home. Staff was friendly. Barbecue pits near pool area were awesome for a small gathering. The king kitchen was fully equipment for a weekend get away. Great job Town place-Marriott

The hospatality

Breakfast could be better and longer at least till 9:30

Loved the real eggs. The oatmeal with all the little goodies to add to it was great! Coffee was excellent especially that you had fresh soy and half and half. Rosy the breakfast staffer did a superb job at serving us the entire week. The staff was super friendly and helpful. loved the cookies! Front desk people were very helpful like Carlos, Sergio and the two young ladies whose names escape me right now. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We loved the refrigerator and the ability to cook a quick meal. Shower was awesome!!!

Nothing that I can think of at the moment.

It was extremely clean and the staff was WONDERFUL

My room was humid as heck. The shower was not very good.

They had a TV in the room, and they let me bring my dog (for a $50 fee).

The first room that they put my family in was very bad. It was not cleaned. Large stain on the lampshade, oily handprints, dusty particulates around. The front desk was apprehensive about my concerns, until I showed her the photos. The lady as the front desk came across condescending to me. The second room was better. Not great, but cleaner for sure. Most of the rooms are out of order for some reason, and this hotel has fallen into mismanagement. The pool was broken and drained, but the Hilton next door let us use their pool at least. Breakfast was GMO, nothing I would eat. Would NOT recommend.

Everything was clean and tidy. Staff was super friendly and the bed was more comfortable then my bed at home. We usually stay there when coming to visit family.

Had a hard time with the tv. but nothing really

location was perfect for my need

the aircon was loud that it woke us up a couple of times in the middle of the night
