Texas Inn Suites RGV

Over all bad experience.

The room was hot when I checked in. AC was not on. The shower curtain was falling. Had to take a cold shower to cool off. It was too late to get another hotel.

No hot water, toilet would not flush. Ac did not work

It was quiet

The plug-ins were burnt you couldn¿t use them. They only had one door to the office opened all the time. There wasn¿t a place to lock the door. Some of the walls were broken, nail polish on the counter.

Wi-Fi pwd did not work. Broken ceiling fan. Air conditioning not cooling room enough.

Clean pool, grilling gazebo, good overall place to stay.

There is a night club very close in the southwest corner practically sharing a wall, loud music played until they closed.

Well I didn't even end up staying here. This is a roach hotel. I have tried contacting a manager several times via phone and email. I literally got to drop my bags off and then when I came back to sleep there were 3 huge roaches on the ceiling.

Everything. The manager will not call me back to refund the money I spent for not staying here. I told them I was leaving cause I didn't feel comfortable staying there which I believe no one would. And I have yet to hear from anyone.

The room and location were good. Looks were deceiving tho. And the manager did not care to make us happy. Not sympathetic or understanding. We were tired after driving 10 hours. We switched rooms.. then ended up leaving to another hotel

When we arrived, the room was hot. The air conditioner wasn't working that great, thght it wld take till the next day to cool off. We were switched to another room. The air conditioner, the same. We took cold showers to help then we started to see roaches

The hotel was in a perfect location for us. Close by the interstate, Walmart, HEB, Restaurants....the beds were big and the room was clean.

Only offered two cereals and waffle for breakfast. We usually go to hotels offering those plus eggs, sausage, muffins.

Clean. No bad smells or rodents. Hot water. Good bed, no bugs.

Walls need work.

Price was too high for a flee bag.

Blankets had cigarette burn holes the furniture was very old and missing hardware towels were ripped, floors were very dirty I walked with no sucks and a few minutes later my feet were black the tub looked like it came out of a crack head house cigarette burns everywhere need to update the rooms I wouldn't stay there in the future for sure

its dirty and sont have 2 beds have insects crawling walls and nasty dirty
