te cobran un deposito de 100 dolares, que te lo reintegran a la tarjeta de credito la siguiente semana, tienes que estar pendiente de que realmente se te reintegre. Normalmente la mayoria de los hoteles no tienen esta practica molesta e incomoda.

This is the only time I experienced this, the cold water from shower was coming out on low stream, so my showers were too warm. Reported it, and the front desk apologized and would send someone to check it out right away before someone else checks in.

Swimming pool was closed At here was no shampoo conditioner I told the staff and they did not replace it

Sofa is not well located to watch TV, break fast staff did not clean tables often.

Hotel is a dump, dirty carpets, needs paint, 50/50 whether hair dryer works. A BMW with flat tires has been parked in the first - has been there for at least 3 years - they are running a Mexican limo service out of the back of the hotel- is that allowed?

Rooms were very dirty. Carpets need to be replaced, curtains were dirty. Overall the hotel needs to be updated.

Was extremely quiet and breakfast was delicious with an abundance of options to choose from.

To start, we were given an already occupied room at check-in. Upon getting our room assigned again, it was musty smelling, damaged furniture (bedside table looked like a large animal scratched it up), and it had a rusty tub drain.

The whole hotel smells off there?s mold everywhere the ac unit it full of mold walls and curtains i doubt it is safe

Only Hotel employee understanding that I¿ve been going there over 20 years this was the absolute worse experience I¿ve ever had - could of stayed at motel 6 for a more organized staff Had to ask for towels for tp clean room every 2nd day Threw our food aw

Nothing this time Brand new purchased dinner with tags threw away as we stepped out to let them change sheets $92 of food garbage

The night checkin in person that helped check in on Saturday he was the best staff

Charged me for a towel $15.00 that had a stain and I came home and washed stain was gone

FIRST THEY GAVE ME AND ANOTHER FAMILY THE SAME ROOM KEYS, THEN, THEY GAVE MY FAMILY A ROOM WITH BED BUGS!!! NO APOLOGY! SO we did NOT stay.

CONVENIENT LOCATION. STAFF GREAT! LIMITED USE OF POOL. ENTIRE FAMILY USED ALLTABLES, GRILL, FILLED THE POOL WITH KIDS AND YOUNG ADULTS FOR 5 HRS. BREAKFAST GOO STAFF GREAT! CARRYING OUT OF FOOD CAUSES SHORTAGE FOR OTHER GUEST. ROOM PHONE INOPERABLE.

REPORTED PHONE, NOT REPAIRED. THE STAY WAS COMFY, AND ISSUES I MENTIONED CAN ALL BE REMEDIED TO MAKE IT ALL A GREATER STAY.

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

Pull out couch needed a fitted sheet. Would be nice if they left at least a flat sheet to use. We asked for one and got one right away.

Clerk wouldn't let us ck in because I was paying w/a cash app card.She told me I had to put a $100 dep w/a diff cc, which I didn't have. So I couldn't stay at this hotel and it was 4am so I had to find another hotel. On top of that I was charged $60.

Manager  is very pleasant and accommodating. Great location and value

Mngmt. should be mor empathetic to understandin people's dispositions and accommodate a little more adequately to a family in crisis needs. There were certain personal problems that were being overlooked and were being unreasonable about image vs needs!
