Very rude and horrible service
Fast service.
Was gaslighted by saying I requested a smoking room. When I clarified that I didn't, they said it was the only room they had. I new the transaction was non-refundable, so I complied. Throughout the night, I was startled awake by something happening outside my door. One instance I belive I heard someone trying to enter the connecting room door! Bed sheet for a fitted sheet, and cigarette burns on the tub. Along with missing towel racks, and holes in the plumbing fixtures causing water breaches in the wet wall.
Nothing is smelled like smoke
The wifi didn't allow me to do my work on my laptop I travel from outta town for work and wifi is a necessity for myself cuz of my work
