The staff treatment.

The teservation was overBooked. We did not get what we paid for. We hot 1 king bed and reserved for 2 queen beds.

The housekeepers with pleasant manners

Yes, there was teenage children reported for being loud in the middle of the night running up and down our hallways shouting and yelling for over 2 hours. Another guest down our hall stated she called to report it and front staff did not take action.

The front desk employee very knowledgeable and respectful. Has a lot of patients to assist. The new employee has good charter also.

The towels were way to rough. The breakfast was nasty ,and the same thing everyday. The kitchen lady seemed mad every time someone walked in. I only ate 1 time. The worst ever at this location. Stayed here numerous times before.

Location and staff were great. Also attended to my needs withing in a great amount of time.

Cleanliness there was hair in tub and on bed sheets prior to me using them. Also toilet was clogged.

I usually enjoy Comfort Inn, but this stay was disappointing. The room had a strange smell and the pillows had a strong odor — something I’ve never experienced at other Comfort Inn hotels.

The staff was friendly

The bathroom was dirty and we went to Walmart and purchased cleaning products so we could clean it. Water marks on every table in the room.

Location was great

Check in experience was less than stellar. The room smelled like an old basement and breakfast was awful. We chose this hotel based on priceless and we got what we paid for.

Location and great staff service

It was bad smell when entering into the our room, and there were a lot of brown dark spots in the carpet . I think it was a pet floor which I don¿t know why I wasn¿t told that I was gonna stay in that floor.

The TV and A/C were great. The breakfast had many options to choose from. Location was just right for me.

The shower was a little worn and the sink in the bathroom didn't drain very well.

A pleasant clerk checked us in. Breakfast was ok. It was better that other places we've stayed.

It's an old hotel. The carpet was old. But the room was spacious and since it was a handicapped room, it had a nice tub and shower. Pillows were small and too soft.

Check in was at 3pm but we were not allowed to check in until later because the room was not clean yet. Staff wanted to cancel our reservation right away. Staff gave other people that came in after us a room . Kids upstairs running all the time.

Everything was clean and fancy looking!! Amenities only mention refrigerator in a room but it actually had a micro as well which was super nice. The staff was caring and the breakfast is great!!

It was horrible, there was mold in my room I have a handicapped mother they put me in a room without a handicap bathroom I literally had to get up all night long to help my mother get off the toilet who just had her hip replaced. Even after showing them
