I did not swim but sat in the covered area with sinks. Tables, chairs flooring needed cleaning. And some chairs repaired

I loved the hotel and rooms because it was extremely clean. Beds are very comfy, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator. The hotel sits in a great location.

Yes, did not like that we had to constantly ask for towels, there were never enough. You have to call front desk and then hand over dirty towels.

I hired an uber driver and Hotel employee went above and beyond to translate for me!The driver's GPS wasn't working and they ended up going the wrong way so I called the hotel and Hotel employee translated spanish from my phone so I knew what was going on! I'm so grateful!

The price was reasonable and the hotel had a very nice setup the rooms were very nice and the pool was great too. The employees were great also overall great experience if you're looking for a hotel this is a good one.

September the check out was poorly done We were charge twice for the same two days.We received credit from the manager but concurrently our Capital One account was intruded ta the tune of $1500.We ended up closing the account satisfactorily resolved

The morning breakfast was good.

The pool was closed the WHOLE stay. The General Manager stated that guests who stayed previously"trashed the pool". Also, we were locked out of the room. The Front Desk forgot to get me to sign documents at check-in. Not my fault! Did not apologize.

This is not your fault, but there was a family at breakfast in their bare feet and pajamas. It just didn't seem appropriate.
