Location and relatively new

Water pressure in shower is terrible. Color palette for decor clashes horribly. Mattress seemed subpar for a Hilton. And fridge although was plugged in and turned controls appropriately never got cold.

The location.

There was a stain on the bathroom wall that was brown in color that looked like it had not been cleaned. There was also wallpaper that seemed to be peeling at the top level from the ceiling in the bedroom area above the bed.bathroom in lobby was unclean.

A lot space for two people in a room. Breakfast was great and the room was very clean. Friendly customer service.

The shampoo bottle was completely empty.

No towels in the room. TV was hard to navigate channels. Was not what I expected for the high price they charge.

Newly constructed hotel

TV channels was not working, and there were no water bottles in the room

Bathroom door and toilet seat broken. Hot water for shower non-existent. Breakfast was cold everyday. Silverware was dirty. In general the breakfast area was not clean. Hotel was run down in general. I stay frequently at Homes2 Suites and normally enjoy my stay. This particular property reeks of neglect and a willingness to settle for sub-standard marks across the board.

They ran out of breakfast and coffee before 9:00am every morning Need to inprove on that to please the Customers

After I arrived I had to be moved because the room was dirty with hair follicle in the bathroom and the floor was not vacuumed and the countertop was with food particles. Went to second room and TV was not working it was needing to be replaced. The toilet in the bathroom was not secure. It wobbled from left to right. The flusher valve was not working properly. The pillows were distressed and missing king siz pillow cases. I had only theee pillows and I still was not comfortable.

The entrance as I arrived was dirty and the FD kept on looking at her phone and not paying attention to her surroundings area. The FD attendant was not wearing a uniform and I really thought she looked shabby for a customer service representative.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel was so clean and quiet. Everything was top notch!

Very close to everything

Was told there was an inside pool the pool was outside and very cold water

Beautiful spacious suites , I absolutely Loved the kitchen!! I was able to bring food and refrigerated items from a cooler and actually use the kitchen:) Beds are sooooo incredibly comfortable! Loved the natural lighting from the big window:)
