Quality Inn Dumas

They told my daughter that they didn’t have her reservations and she showed them she did. They made her pay for room instead looking into the reservations.

They would work with my daughter about reservations.

Clean rooms, friendly staff great location Reasonable price

First few stays were great….great beds showers ect.

The last stay the water in the shower never got even warm…the room entry door didn’t close right

The room was cute. Large bathroom. Surprised it had a fridge and microwave that came in handy.

I skipped the continental breakfast ending at 9 needing more sleep. waited until 10 to get ready to leave. The shower temperature NEVER got warm much less hot. I was not able to shower or wash my hair after being on the road for 7 hours.

The staff was friendly. I left my pillow in the room and as we were leaving the lady from housekeeping brought it out to me.

My room was clean and comfortable.

There is no blow dryer or ironing board.

The beds are old and too bouncy. The TV did not work and neither did the window unit AC/Heater.

Everything is good at this hotel. Very highly recommend to all who are passing through Dumas, Texas. Staff is very nice and helpful. Amenities are as advertised as far as I could tell. Good Breakfast. Hot Coffee. And the morning newspaper. Very nice hotel

The toilet is too close to the floor. I am disabled and difficult sitting down in the B Roo.

This is a clean and updated motel. Room look new and are meticulously clean.

The air conditioner in my room did not work correctly. The fan was going out and kept coming on and off and the room did not get as cool as it should have.

The staff are courteous and professional. The location is convenient. The price is decent. The parking is free and the breakfast is pretty good.

The shower knob did not move so water came out the tub faucet & shower head. It was very difficult to turn the water control knob.
