Embassy Suites Denton Convention Center

Very nice upscale hotel.

The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working. For a 4 star hotel and the price it seems like everything should be working. Also the cleaning crew knocked on our door at 8 in the morning and at 10…check out was not until 12.

Staff was friendly, bar was lively and breakfast was more than expected. The gym had everything I needed to make my morning.

Amazing breakfast. Free EV charging. Spotlessly clean and helpful staff. This is our favorite hotel in Denton by far.

The extra perks; happy hour complimentary drinks and snacks and breakfast. Staff was great as well!

The pool area was nice as well as family friendly but indoor pool was out of order and if there was one area that could be improved the actual pool could use it.

Restaurant and bar. The staff were excellent

The rooms were nice, could of been cleaner. Towel quality could of been better for the cost of the room. There was a convention going on, had a hard time getting breakfast.

It was a nice location, ac was good and sweet up of suite was nice .

There was not enough handicap parking and parking was too far away . Could not provide accessible room

Hotel was clean and staff super friendly. One of the best Embassy Suites I¿ve stayed at in a long time. Breakfast was fantastic!! We will definitely stop here again.

Breakfast, clean room, manager's reception.

Front desk supervisor.

Very nice king Suite. Very quiet, and clean.

Yes hotel needs a green space for taking pets to go potty. Nothing there.

Breakfast and location

I hated walking into the musky smell of the room. Plus being in a room with tacky black out curtains and the view of nothing but the building facade was terrible.

The common area was HOT. It was uncomfortable eating breakfast or enjoying happy hour. I would expect paying $--- a night the air would be working in all areas of the hotel. There was only ONE big fan in the common area.

Beautiful hotel, wanted for nothing!! The location to our event was perfect , we were celebrating g my son¿s wedding ¿¿¿¿ The breakfast was top notch and the staff were super friendly and very attentive to any needs we had. Would stay again!

The free breakfast was great! The staff in both the kitchen and dinning area did a fantastic job.

The room was dirty, floors not swept could see dirt in the corners. The floors of the elevators were dirty.

friendly clean great breakfast location

In town to visit our daughter at college. By far one of our best hotels experiences. Great lobby ambiance with a live plant wall! Free drinks and violinist in the evening. Spacious room. Big indoor pool. Amazing breakfast. Fire pit. What¿s not to love??!!

My husband would have loved a Keurig and mugs in the room but that¿s just being picky!!

The amenities were wonderful. Clean comfortable rooms. Cocktail reception was nice and the breakfast is the best.

Didn¿t particularly care for getting a Sunday service while trying to enjoy my breakfast with my family.

Great location, clean, and the breakfast was great.

Super clean! The staff was great and we appreciated the complimentary drinks in the evening. And the breakfast was awesome!!

Everything about this hotel was incredible. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and accomodating. The breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel and the complimentary reception every night was fun! Great location.

The suites we booked were great. Very comfortable. The living area was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge...Very good for dressing as well as bathing. The beds were great...Very comfortable.

The cleaning ladies took away unfinished breakfast plates before my son's family was finished even though my son was still at the table but was turned to the side talking to my other son. They need to ask if your finished before they clear away plates.
